“Charming Hotel, Great Location, Unforgettable Valentine's Day”

We had an amazing stay at the Odeon. This was my third trip to Paris and I really enjoyed the lively location. Well suited to finding quaint restaurants, peaceful at night, close to a beautiful park for running, and centrally located near a metro stop. The room was small, but well furnished and clean (and who stays in their room in Paris anyway!). The staff was HELPFUL and friendly, making reservations and suggestions at every turn. I will definitely return.

We stayed in Hotel Odeon Saint Germain for 4 nights and we were very glad to find this hotel. We booked it b/c of the good Trip Advisor ratings. We had a nice, spacious room with enough space to unload bags and store away clothes. There was a chenille covered chaise lounge for an extra place to sit and relax. We had two comfortable twin beds with night lights for reading. The bathroom was small but sufficient with deep tub and a hand held or attached shower and plenty of water pressure. We had a very pleasant stay with soundproof rooms with big double window overlooking street that we could open for fresh air or close if needed to shut out noise.
Location great for 3 really good Italain restaurants, Il Suppli, Marco Polo, and Casa Beninni (sp?). (We like Italian food better than French food)..also close to market and ice cream and Odeon metro. The street was quiet for the most part and we were very happy with the location. We would stay here again.

Loved this hotel! Stayed for four nights in June and the accomodations were exactly what i was looking for. Did not want a big chain hotel with no personlaity nor a cramped quarters with no charm. Odeon had a trendy boutique feel and was perfectly located in the heart of a trendy area with lots of nightlife and cafes! We walked everywhere from here and metro access is super convenient with the Odeon stop only 1 block away and St Michel only about 3 blocks away. We took the RER to both CDG and Orly airports from St Michel with ease and also a day trip to Versailles. Didn't need to take a taxi at all! Looking on your map, the hotel is on the same street at the famous St Sulpice church, about 1 block away. Our room was #15 at the top and we were told it was the best in the hotel. We loved it! It had a small sitting area adjacent to the bedroom which made it feel larger and was a nice place for use to enjoy some wine while getting ready to head out at night or after returning from a log day of walking and touring. The hotel staff were the best! I am sorry to have forgotten their names or I would certainly thank them so much right now! They spoke Engligh perfectly and gave us great advice for trains and even helped us make dinner reservations at two great restaurants - Le Violin d'Ingres (near Eiffel, 26 zagat rated, $250/couple with bottle of wine and we were treated like kings) and nearby at Le bistrot d'Alycastre (cozy ambience, 1 block away, great food, $150/couple w bottle of wine). Another great spot to eat is Le Comptoir du Relais (1 block away, no reservations, 26 zagat rated). This hotel is in the center of everything and made it the trip so enjoyable. I would definitely return and have recommended it to other friends already!

My four sisters and I took two rooms that were beautifully decorated--not large--but just right for New York princesses (bathrooms immaculate). The staff was very helpful since only one of us took French in high school many years ago--they told us when walking was more appropriate than the Metro, taxi or bus (e.g. the Louvre), recommended well-priced restaurants near and far and were very helpful when our map skills waned. The staff is friendly yet extremely professional. Very cozy.. very French yet well priced.

We had the pleasure of staying in a superior room at the Odeon. It has the best location for exploring the left bank and it is just around the corner from many quaint shops, bistros and restaurants. The rooms and Lobby are beautifully decorated, creating a rich, romantic warm and cosy vibe. Stunning old fashioned bathrooms with the best toiletries. I have slept on more comfortable beds though..The staff were very friendly and helped us with reservations and recommendations. We loved the Odeon and would definitely stay here again and again

We usually stay at K&K on Boulevard Raspail but decided to try here for a 2-night stay after arriving from Rio and before heading south. The location is fantastic for sights and restaurants and just strolling in St Germain and St Sulpice, Mabillon etc. Unlike one reviewer, but like all the others, we found staff extremely helpful and attentive, especially at reception.
We'd booked a 'superior room' and they told us we were being upgraded (to what I'm not sure) and we got room 7 which had a small sitting area as well as en-suite and large bed. Very quiet, very comfortable. Still not exactly huge but that's Paris for you. Breakfast is a buffet-style affair with good quality food.
Recommended as a very comfortable place in a superb location.

Saying that we are picky travelers is an understatement, and after extensive research we decided on this lovely hotel and were not disappointed. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and has modern amenities. Spacious rooms and a hip lounge area with an honesty bar. This is my second time to Paris and this is by far THE best neighborhood. The hotel is in a great location. Most importantly, the staff is gracious and extremely helpful. Paris was the first part of our 2 week vacation and when I left my ipod in the safe, they took extra measures to ensure that I received it before departing home to the US. We will definitely be back.
