“Très miam !”
Reviewed 11 June 2014

Exquisite flavors and combinations of ingredients to create masterful dishes. Enjoyed the meats, fish, salads and desserts. Absolutely delicious, almost like dining in italy. Excellent service and ambience. Definitely recommended !

“Okay Italian, okay price (for Paris)”
Reviewed 26 May 2014

Pleasant room, attentive service and just okay Italian food at a not unreasonable cost. It was int he neighborhood of our apartment . We tried it. It is what it is. Nothing special on the food front, but a comfortable venue with good service.

“Average food, average service, high price: will NOT get there again”
Reviewed 24 May 2014

We went there for a Saturday lunch.
Nice decoration, nice music, nice table dressing.
That's it for the pleasant part of Di Como...
We ordrered for starter a dish of antipasti for two: average.
My wife ordered carbonara spaghettis: nice but heavy.
I ordered gambas raviolis : shrimps (NOT gambas) were overcooked.
With wine, we found ourselves with a stiff bill of 114 euros (no desert, no coffee).
Beware, the antipasti dish is for two, but price is mentioned for one.
We told the waiter we were unhappy with our lunch.
She merely offered to talk to the chef.
Not a word to say she is sorry.
We did NOT like our lunch, and will NOT get back there.
The tourists filling this restaurant seemed to enjoy the place.
But I believe it does not deserve its ranking.

“Excellent Food and Service”
Reviewed 24 May 2014

The staff are very attentive the moment you walk through the door; the menu is not large but the choice is good and the wine is per glass or bottle. We noticed that the clientele are mixed between obvious regular diners and tourists like ourselves. The first time I had rack of lamb and my husband chose lobster with linguine both meals were cooked and served to perfection. We enjoyed the restaurant, atmosphere and food so much that we booked for the next evening before we left. We had a 3 course meal this time both choosing pasta seafood as our main course with a sparkling Prosecco to drink. Everything was superb, the service was slightly slower but the restaurant was full and they were having to turn people away as there were no available tables. We would definitely recommend this restaurant as it is something different to all the others in Rue du Bac.
