A small inexpensive but not "cheap" hotel. The rooms are compact modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is pleasant with a good choice.
This is not a luxury hotel but it is not in that price bracket.
A bit far from a Metro Station but not unacceptably so.
In an area where "real people" live so not jammed with tourists and the restaurants live on local repeat trade, so are better in terms of quality and price.
We would certainly stay here again

Good location and easy walking distance to many metro stations.
Overall the room was quiet: we couldn't hear anything from the street but we could hear people in the hallway quite easily but that wasn't very often.
Also the staff was very helpful, and they had a good layout for a small room (separate shower, sink and toilet, which is very convenient).
The room does not have AC which was a bit annoying as Paris gets very humid in July.
Also, they don't have a place to unpack so we were living out of suitcases the entire time.
Overall the room is worth 4 stars, but because we only paid €79 per night when we went.

I stayed here after extending my stay on a business trip. I searched Tripadvisor before booking so knew what I was expecting - and wasn't disappointed. Rooms are small but very neat and clean. I also opted for this hotel because of the free WiFi, which was fast enough. I booked a room for one and it was a double bed, very nicely decorated. The shower is separate from the toilet. The room comes with an extra blanket if you want. I found it to be ideal for a single person, space wise. I went for breakfast once in the basement, but didn't quite like the variety (too many pastries for my liking). The location is great, about a 650m walk to the nearest train station. Lots of shops, supermarkets, ATMs nearby. On the last day of checkout, I was allowed to store my bags downstairs in the luggage room and come back for it before heading out to the airport.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The room was small, clean and modern; we liked it. There is little beside the room and a breakfast venue -- no true lobby, for example. The neighborhood is nice, and the bus access is good. It was expensive, but perhaps not so different from similar hotels in Paris in high season.

Room was small (not exceptional for Paris) but modern and clean. Great rain shower! Toilet was separate with a sliding door.
Did not have breakfast in the hotel, the fact that it was in the basement was not immediately appealing but I have to admit I did not check it out. Coffee machine in the lobby was not working and this was very much frustrating my sister who joined me on this trip. Quiet neighbourhood, we were able to park the car in the streets for a long weekend. 10min walk to metro.
No noise from the street but quite some noise from the room next door and the elevator.
Overall a nice hotel for a decent price, walking distance from Montmartre. I will come back to this one.

Rooms are economically and tastefully designed. The phone service is in need of an upgrade. I stayed here twice, in two different rooms, and in both receiving a call was a problem. Making a call out impossible. The addition of tissues and shampoo as amenities would be nice.

Room Tip: Try to get a room at the front of the hotel for more light in the room. Traffic is light on rue Damr...

Dear Erin
To make a call out from your bedroom ask reception to open a free line for you. Do not hesitate to ask for it when you check-in next time. There are two little and two large bath towels in each bathroom and a shampoo dispenser into the shower.
We do not use bathroom amenities as we are follwing a sustainable development policy
Yours faithfully

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are small but very clean and modern.
The bathroom has a nice shower.
Bedding is of good quality, so are the pilows.
Location is good, nearby several metro lines (5 mins walk) and next to a nice Sushi place :)
Breakfast is okay but not super for €10. Bread was quite tough and service could be more friendly.
No complaints about the staff at the reception desk however.

We booked parking as well. The parking lot is very complicated...
When you follow the "exit" arrows you end up in front of a brick wall and have to drive backwards into a narrow, downward spiral... Nowhere is mentioned that the way in is also the way out and no mention of this was made at the hotel reception.

This is the only downside.
