This hotel is a great location for Montmarte and surroundings. Also not far from Gard du Nord station if you are coming via Eurostar. We were a family of four and had great space in all rooms. The roof top terrace is great at night. A supermarket vitually next door and restaurants close by. Not far from other attractions. Fridge in the room was ideal and the air con was perfect. The hotel allowed us to keep our luggage after we checked out as our train was late afternoon. Breakfast is very good with a good variety. We will stay again.

Room Tip: Supermarket nearby can save you money

We stayed for three nights in July 2014, two adults and a five year old.

Pros: location, close to Sacre Couer and Montmartre, metro with connections, moulin rouge (we didn't go there!) and yellow open tour buses go past front door. Roof top terrace with Eiffel Tower in one direction and Sacre Couer in the other. Hotel clean, room small but it's not used much on a sightseeing trip, is it? Staff at reception were helpful, but not always proactive. Buffet breakfast reasonable, don't forget many hotels only offer continental breakfast. Carrefour supermarket two minute walk away. It's possible to get up, go to Sacre Couer and check out the exterior and the view of Paris before breakfast.

Cons: hotel clearly used to hosting tourists, so not much ambience. But it only a place to recover from sightseeing and prepare for the following day.

Would stay there again.

Room Tip: Front facing rooms may be a bit noisy but you get to look at the comings and goings.

The room itself was small but comfortable. The staff were a little stand offish but assisted when requested. The fridge in the room didn't cope with being inside a cupboard and the cupboard door needed to be left open for it to actually cool. The ambience on the roof top terrace was a little disappointing but the views were fantastic at night. The hotel was well positioned to walk everywhere and close to Anvers metro station.

We arrived early at 1 PM but were still given a room to settle in and put our bags. Requested a front facing room which was accommodated when our second room was 'released'.

Our 'double bed' room was small but, I presume, the norm for Paris. We were on 6th floor so away from traffic noise. In addition the room had double window for noise/weather insulation from outside as well as a door between bedrooom and bathroom providing noise insulation from hotel corridor. The aircon worked well and made the room comfortable. The 'twin' bedroom facing the front was slightly larger though, apparently, not as well soundproofed.

Rooftop terrace, on 9th floor, had view of Paris but the, Sacre Coeur, particularly spectacular at night.

Breakfast was basic, 'continental' but had a choice of scrambled eggs, sausage and baked beans as a hot option.

Proximity to local tourist sights already mentioned by others. Took us 15 minutes to walk (slight downward slope) to Gare du Nord with all our luggage at 7.30 am on a Saturday morning. Was also about 15-20 minutes away from the famous Chartier restaurant, Rue du Faub. Monmartre.

Didn't have chance/need to have much interaction with staff but checkout was straightforward and pleasant.

We booked 2 twin bed rooms, nice rooms good bathroom, size of the room OK for Paris. Good insolating windows. However you hear much noise from other rooms (above and next door). Friendly staff, great breakfast (even hot).
The roof-top terrace on the 9th floor is fantastic.

Lovely hotel in a great position. Easy access to Pigalle and Anvers metro and lovely walks from the hotel. Our room was lovely and the shutters amazing. We slept until 9.30 one morning as it was so dark and peaceful. We really had no idea it was this time and beautifully sunny. The rooftop terrace is just breathtaking and a real Wow factor.
Thank you. We will return.

My aunt and I visited Paris in February 2014 and we found this hotel through Asda Travel. The location is brilliant- in the heart of Monmatre, close to the Sacré-Cœur and the Moulin Rouge, and the 2 closest métro stations take you to the Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde. The room itself was ideal for us, however we could tell from other floors that we had a deluxe room (but the hotel is being refurbished). The roof-top terrace offers stunning views of Paris, especially at night, and it even got me up there, despite being terrified of heights! Merci beaucoup, c'était presque parfait!
