The hotel was as expected, close to Concorde and Champs Elysees and opposite Tuilleres Park which leads onto the Lourve. We opted for the family room which was comfortable and equipped with a large bathroom. The paid breakfast was very good albeit on the expensive side.

Located on the Rue de Rivoli opposite the Tuileries and Louvre, this hotel gave us a great base from which to explore Paris by foot. Our room on the 5th floor had the most spectacular view of the city and was clean, well decorated and characterful. The only reason I haven't given this hotel an excellent review is that the breakfast was a big disappointment. The staff on duty during our particular stay were polite but lacked the efficiency I would have expected. The breakfast itself was mediocre. However, there is a very good café just a few steps away from the hotel!! Despite this we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend the Brighton.

We stayed at Hotel Brighton for four nights in October. It was lovely. We were on the 4th Floor with floor to ceiling French doors that opened. The room was large by Paris standards and so was the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and Mohammed at the front desk made great dinner suggestions and reservations when needed. We will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good, but a little pricey. You could not ask for a better location.

Room Tip: 4th floor was quiet and we were very happy in room 407. We really don't know what our other opt...

We had a 1 night layover in Paris from Barcelona back to the states and decided to come all the way into Paris even on our limited time. We had stayed in Paris before and the Hotel Brighton was in the perfect location to make the most of our limited stay. It was an easy jump off spot for the fountains at the Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower and a walk down the Champs Elysees and past the Touileries via the closeness to our hotel and easy metro access. The staff from the front desk to the bellman were all very helpful. The front desk even found us an inexpensive shuttle service to the airport for the next morning and arranged it for us. Our room was fairly large by paris standards. It was clean and quiet with a long tub with shower, double sinks and a separate toilet room. Pretty awesome since we stayed in the bargain room over looking an unused courtyard. Our friends were more extravagant since it was their first time in Paris and had a beautiful room with balcony that overlooked the gardens and Tower in the distance. They offered a buffet breakfast for 19 euro but our flight was too early to take advantage of it. We would totally stay here again when we return for another but longer stay. The staff and location can't be beat.

Room Tip: If you want a quiet room chose the unattractive but quiet courtyard view rooms. Our friends had a be...

We were thrilled with the room at the Brighton. We are three generations traveling together and got a suite with two bedrooms with a bathroom between. It was a perfect setup.

THey were wonderful at reception and when we arrived early in the morning from an evening flight with my 82 year old mother, they let us use another room that was clean to rest until ours was ready. The room had a beautiful view of the gardens, the Museum d'Orsay and Paris.

The desk and people were wonderful, the location is perfect. Very happy

Room Tip: there are rooms with an amazing view of paris

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. I have visited the Brighton 6 times and in April will be my seventh. Some of the same staff is there. They have all been very nice and helpful. Jean Luc is the most caring, personable person at the hotel. I have seen many positive changes over the years. They are always striving to better themselves.
A room with a view of the Tuileries is a must. Views of all of Paris is the best way to describe it.

Room Tip: Room with a view of the Tuileries

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in mid-October. The hotel is perfectly situated. It is directly opposite the beautiful Jardin des Tuileries and within walking distance of the Louvre and Notre Dame. The closest Metro station is just minutes away (the Metro is a really convenient way to travel round Paris, much more reliable and comfortable than the Tube).

The hotel itself is lovely. Our room (nr 510) was on the very top floor and had a small balcony with amazing views across Paris. (The view at night is particularly beautiful). The room was spacious, with a modern bathroom (with robes and slippers), a flat screen TV, fridge & safe. Despite being on a busy road, the hotel room was perfectly quiet. Some other reviews reference issues with hot water and heating but we had no such problems. The water was hot at all times of day, and the heating was easily controlled.

All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite, and this really made for a very lovely stay.Hope to return one day!

Room Tip: A room at the front of the hotel has amazing views!
