The hotel has an excellent location in the center of paris. The lobby and bar area is really beautiful and a place you really just want to hang out. The rooms are excellent and clean, and their is no noise in the hotel. High recommendation!

I've stayed in this hotel for 1 night and in my opinion it was a great hotel. The location is excellent close to the Champs Elysee and the more exclusive boutiques of the avenue Montaigne and Avenue George V.

We had a room on the 5th floor that gave a nice view over the Parisian roofs and we even saw the Eifel Tower.

The room was nice and rather large for Parisan standards and had all the necessary luxury. Even the minibar (although there wasn't much in it water and champagne) was complimentary.

One remark. We wanted to have breakfast at 10.30 and the buffet was already gone even though they said it was until 11.

Room Tip: Room 50 was nice and quiet

Had dinner at Pershing Hall as part of a package to see the Crazy Horse Show.
Was very impressed at the look and feel of the hotel, but several things let it down badly.

The service was quite dire and the family next to us had an even worse experience, plates just left, courses very slow to arrive, drinks never topped up. The waiting staff seemed more concerned with strutting around or standing in a corner chatting.

The toilets were grubby and I cannot understand why hotels of this supposed calibre allow diners into such a lovely setting in jogging pants and trainers....really??

That said the food was actually nice and well presented.

Most definitely wouldn't go back, too many other choices in Paris that knock the socks off Pershing Hall in all kinds of ways

I recently stayed in this hotel whilst on a business trip in Paris. The hotel itself is very well located and looks good. However if you are looking for service, look elsewhere. None of the staff members are interested in the client and clearly none of them want to work.

Having stayed here in 2005 just after it had opened thought I would try it again. Mistake, the chic slick hotel has been allowed to age badly. The bathroom taps dripped the shower door didn't fit so a flood in the bathroom ,annoying my girlfriend! The tables were all chipped. This is the problem with new furniture once it is damaged it is just tired and tatty antiques can be charming
In the restaurant the white wine was warm service which was slick with model style waitresses is now so so with indifferent males .the iconic vegetal wall needed serious help

Room Tip: The junior suites have balconys on floor 4 but are used by smokers

trendy kind of atmosphere, very expensive service not aligned to the level. Keep calm if you are in a hurry they just do not bother. Breakfast? Better somewhere else. Room ok for what you pay. MInd the noise of the restaurant in some nights of the week as it is very popular.

Room Tip: Must be facing the courtyard
