Good hotel, decent rooms, good location in a nice area of Paris, good service, good breakfast and the best orange juice in the world, the only problem is parking is really difficult. I have been here twice lately for business purpose.

There are several things I look for when selecting a hotel, location, room size, and a great staff. The Hotel d'Orsay fills every need. This was my fourth visit in two years. The rooms and lobby have been recently remodeled. The hotel retains the charm of Paris, yet it is contemporary.
I will continue to return........

Fabulous hotel in a great area of Paris. Easy to get to many tourist destinations. Staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great at no extra charge to have in our room. Room was simple, but perfect for sightseeing needs.

We stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas and found it to be very nice in a central location.
Room-We booked a classic room (14) and it was great for two people. It was normal size for Europe, the only thing lacking was storage space. There is only a small closet with hangers and two shelves (one of which has the safe, the other extra pillow/blanket) We moved some things around and were able to squeeze our stuff in. There was a large bathroom with shower and tub(bathrobes and slippers too;-) and the WC was separate. There is a "honor" mini fridge well stocked with reasonable prices and in room tea/coffee service. English news TV channels. The rooms are very clean and they were kept perfectly during our entire stay.
The rooms are very quiet. The hotel was full, but we never heard our neighbors. As we were here in winter, we didn't have our windows open, so no street noise, but it's not a very busy street.
Breakfast-We booked through the hotel website and got a good deal with breakfast included. The service was very professional and helpful. There was a wide selection of hot and cold items, with everything fresh and well presented. The breakfast room was also a good size making it comfortable.
Staff- Fantastic!!! As many have said here before, they are just great and so helpful!
Location- Very central to all the sights. We were able to walk to all the major sites and used RER C at the Orsay (1 block from hotel) to get to Versailles. Plenty of good restaurants with in a couple blocks walk.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Next time we may go for the next size room up, but for 5 nights a classic was good.

You can't get more central than this - on the Left Bank and the Musea D'Orsay just around the corner from your hotel.
The staff was also very friendly and we received an upgrade with our room!
Would definitely come here again.

Firstly, the staff were absolutely fantastic; so friendly, spoke good English and could not have been more helpful. When we wanted to find a specific cafe they took the time to Google the location and then print out maps for us and then tell us what metro lines to take. The room was really well decorated, clean and tidy. Although there was not a great view, as it was a back street hotel I doubt there was much choice! The room was bright and welcoming; very warm with a good shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Tea and coffee were provided also. We did not have the breakfast buffet so cannot comment on that. The hotel was very smart without being over the top-the Christmas decorations were very tasteful. The location is fantastic; you are two roads away from the Musee D'orsay and on the door step of some lovely restaurants, as well as the Seine. Would definitely come back here.

Room Tip: Don't expect a 'room with a view' as there is no such thing, but the interior ought to m...

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Hotel d'Orsay. I know Paris fairly well however this was our first time staying left bank. The hotel is superbly located and the reception staff are polite, attentive and certainly very helpful. Easy access to the metro too (a few lines run through this station). I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends. I'm not sure why but our room was upgraded on arrival which was a happy surprise. Also, we were far too early to check in so the hotel stored our luggage and offered us facilities on the ground floor to freshen up before setting out for the day. The design of the hotel is really lovely and the boutique feel of the hotel is evident. It is a very nice hotel indeed.
