We were very happy to receive my request of a room with the Arc de Triomphe and like other Paris Radisson Blus, we were treated very well. Nejmeddine at concierge was extremely helpful and he suggested a great restaurant that was perfect to celebrate our engagement. He also provided us with clear directions on how to connect to the airport via RER during the day of the taxi strike. It was a very romantic hotel and again, I want to thank the staff for making our stay very enjoyable.

Smaller rooms and traffic noise can be heard but this is a convenient location since the Metro stops are so close.

I traveled with a group of friends to Paris for two weeks and changed hotels many times in an attempt to know all the areas better as we were walking all around and went out to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in near places.

From all of the hotels this was the one i loved the most! The service was great, i loved the location, you could get to Champs Elysees by walking a block but the best of all is the view. We chose a room that had view to the Arc de Triomphe. That feeling you get by seeing the Arc from your balcony is just amazing!

The only thing i could say bad about it is that one elevator was not working, so to go up and down you take about 10 minutes, but i think that was just bad luck!

I booked a room for two nights at this hotel and was aware that I needed a 2 day cancellation notice. It turned out that I needed an extra night because my itinerary changed. The extra night was nearly twice the price of the original nights and this made it so that I needed to find another place to stay.
I called on Thursday evening to cancel my Saturday booking and was told that I couldn't cancel because the office closed at 6PM. I called the next morning to explain that I needed to cancel my room and only then learned that I needed to cancel before 6PM rather than after 6PM. So their two day cancellation policy was actually 2 1/2 days.
Please avoid this hotel. It has policies that are poorly communicated. Also, it seems unacceptable for you to not be able to speak to somebody 24 hours a day when they are charging over 400 EURO per night. There are countless other very nice hotels in Paris that actually value their customers and put their needs first.

Dear Ed B,
First of all, thank you for posting this comment and letting us the opportunity to respond.
We do understand your dissatisfaction but we all have cancellation policies, in this case 2 days prior to arrival. Once this period has passed, we are no longer able to cancel the reservation.
We do hope to have the opportunity to welcoming you back

A very nice hotel just a few steps away from the Arc and Champs Elysee. The hotel is small and has a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is small and the menu is limited, but the food is fantastic and the service is friendly. We stayed here for 2 nights and were very statisfied with our room and friendly service. Truly recommended!

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our recent Europe trip. The hotel is located just a couple blocks off Ave. Marceau - the main shopping street - and right down the street from the Arc De Triomphe. If you can get a room with a view of the Arc, you'll be in for a treat. We had a gorgeous suite on the top floor with a huge veranda, but we had a very limited view of the Arc. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge recommended Le 39V - a new Michelin starred restaurant a few blocks away. It was absolutely incredible and by far the best meal of our trip - topping a Guy Savoy establishment and a Gordon Ramsay restaurant as well. Room service breakfast was a nice treat. I would definitely stay here again and strongly considered giving it 5 stars.

Neatly tucked into a busy corner of Paris, this hotel lends an underwhelming first impression, but leaves you with an overwhelming one!

The facility has some outdated amenities and decor; however, the staff make the most of it by tastefully decorating with what is there. Despite this drawback, the rooms are surprisingly new-feeling. While dated in appearance, it has been kept up so well that it shows little age. We stayed in two rooms at two different times over a two-week period. The first room was a deluxe, and was anything but cookie-cutter! Each room had its own charm, and seemed unique. The second room was the suite, and not to sound corny...but it was sweet! The bathroom was over-sized, the balcony had a beautiful view of the Arc de Triomph, and the room had a definite "boutique" feel to it.

The staff were outstanding - some of the best I've encountered. No request was too big to make, and no task assigned was inconvenient; they went above-and-beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

The next time our travels take us to Paris, we will definitely skip the independent hotels in order to stay here. Where else can you get the service and friendliness, as well as the charm of an independent boutique hotel, mixed with the accommodations one expects from a global brand?

Room Tip: Splurge for the suite - it is worth every penny!
