Was travelling with my family and we had the balcony room. A great room with a view over the rooftops. It was really a tiny suite with two rooms - there was also a separate little room with a single bed. Perfect for my daughter. The room was well appointed and modern. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful.

Possibly the best thing about this hotel was the location. It's close to everything, well connected to public transportation, and with the famous 'passages' directly behind it, there are more restaurants than you need. Many choices for every meal of the day and most of them excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Room tip: Room 41 was great! A larger room with a full balcony, but it's also considerably more expensive.

The hotel has a very good location, 10 min from Louvre.
The entrance is cosy but my room (14) was very old fashioned - everything was old. I can live with it but the blankets were too hard and pushed so hard under the matras, it was difficult to take them out every night. Also the hairdryer was old and became so hot after 3min that it wasn't possible to hold it - so take your own one.
The first night there was a young man who was not too interested in gasts - disappointing.

I was trying to contact you via email, and got no respond. I've made a reservation for my elderly parents and wanted to know, whether the room we booked contains bathroom and toilet? Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Maybe you'll be kind to answer me here. Thanks,
Dana

Great location to stay in Paris. Lots to see and do in the area and the room was clean. Friendly front desk staff and so close to metro stops. Excellent restaurants nearby and an easy walk to shopping and sites. Thanks for a great visit.

We were recommended the Vivienne bt a French colleague of my brother-in-law. She said it was a place a French business man traveling without an expense account would stay. It's simple, comfortable, reasonably priced for Paris, and without pretensions. We've stayed there ever since. Each stay we note improvements. The location is very central, walking distance to the things we love to see, the Velib Depot is outside the door, and the metro stop is also extremely close.

Room tip: Request a room not facing the street.
