“Charming and friendly cafe”
Reviewed 14 August 2014

We were lucky to stay nearby Le Saint Germaine on our trip to Paris. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and spoke perfect English to accommodate our limited French. In particular, waiter Ugo was fantastic. Service was prompt, food was delicious.

We enjoyed the chicken burger very much, as well as the fish and chips and the fried noodle dish. The salads were lovely as well. Prices were reasonable for Paris. This cafe always seems busy and we noticed the same locals (with well behaved dogs) frequenting Le Saint Germaine. It's also beautiful inside (we dined outside for our meals).

“very nice bistro experience”
Reviewed 13 August 2014

Located close to our hotel, we ate here because it is charming and bustling with good food and service to match. Near Musee d'Orsay and Metro stop on major road intersection, you can just rest your feet before/after a stroll or settle in for a relaxing meal. The onion soup was terrific.

“Another reason to love Paris”
Reviewed 10 August 2014

This cafe quickly became a new favorite of ours in Paris... We were received as welcome guests upon our first visit, but after our second, third and fourth we truly felt as friends. Our waitress and waiters were superb, the service flawless, the food delicious, the desserts divine... Try the Paris Brest... Heavenly! To sit comfortably curb side and watch a small section of The City of Lights live is extraordinary... This is a perfect spot to experience it in St Germain des Pres. Merci de nous faire sentir les bienvenus dans la belle Paris.

“Charming inside and out”
Reviewed 10 August 2014 via mobile

We stayed at the K&K hotel and this place is right at the corner. This became our cafe at night and even a coffee in the morning. We were quickly acquainted by Ugo and only sat at his tables after. He was very quick witted and he would deliver it and walk away leaving you wondering and giggling at his comment. We had a great time and great laughs with him. This was our favorite cafe in Paris. Oh and the food and drinks were great too! Try the Caipirinha, you will drink several.
