Owner description: THE LIDO TAKES THE LIVE SHOW TO NEW HEIGHTS In spring 2015, the Lido launched its new show created by Franco Dragone. Incredible energy has gone into assembling an international team of performers and prestigious designers to produce a show that is packed with artistic and technical innovation PARIS, A VERITABLE MUSE! The show draws its inspiration from Art Nouveau, film references, and icons such as Paris' "iron lady", otherwise known as the Eiffel Tower. The sets follow one another at a furious pace portraying a series of famous Parisian sites. Somewhere between dream and reality, you will discover a Paris that you had never imagined existed.

“Most disappointing attraction during our European trip”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 March 2012

We just returned from a 10 day trip to Europe and it was incredible, however, there was one item that stood out as the most disappointing. The Lido de Paris Dinner and Show was billed to be the most incredible show in the world. While it was a "good" show, the Lido could take lessons from the Vegas Shows. First everyone refused to speak anything but French (making us feel like idiots); Second it was very noticeable that if you spoke French you received great service and good seats, however, if you were not French the opposite occurred. The show was okay, the food was marginal at best, the service was horrible, and the cost...$470 for two - was way over priced for what we saw and ate. That same $470 in Paris could get you tickets to several "side shows" and several excellent dinners. Out of all the things we did in Europe, this is the only one we would say don't bother.

What an amazing evening and on the best avenue in the world. The place is a must when visting Paris.
We were very well looked after with professional service from the minute we arrived. The waiters speak good english.
The show is surprisingly spectacular with water effects, a real horse, superb costumes. The dansers are gorgeous
The food was good.

“Nice show but NOT WORTH THE PRICE...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 February 2012

We were there for the 9pm show. We had an embarrassing half hour where they could not find our reservation (which was made 2 months ahead.) It was a good thing we had a printed copy of our paid voucher. Dinner & champagne was included in the price (which was over $400 a couple!) The food was good, but the service had a lot to be desired. The show was about equal to the shows we've seen in Las Vegas. SAVE YOUR MONEY! We really wish we had not booked this show, but used the money for another part of our fabulous European vacation.

“I can think of better things to spend 370 euros on”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 February 2012

Ok, the revue was entertaining enough. Spectacular costumes (if you weren't sitting too close) and impressive stage transformations, the champagne was fizzy and the meal was very good, but not in a thousand years was it worth 185 euros each. And then they had the nerve to ask another 4e to hang up our coats and 20e for the photos they took of us. Was it WC Fields who said 'there's one born every minute'? Well, I was one of them, don't you be! If you really must go to one of these things, and there are plenty to chose from, Moulin Rouge, etc don't have a meal, go somewhere else first and just pay for the Revue, it won't hurt as much.
