My friend and I did both the 'Must see' tour with Anya & the 'Montmartre' tour with Donovan. Both the guides & the tour themselves are outstanding - informative with lots of really interesting facts, historical knowledge, filled with sights & tips to immerse yourself into Paris culture; all set at a good pace. The tours are tipped based & they definitely deserve this so support these folks, you won't regret it.

I love to walk, walk and walk in all the contries that I visit, so this tour was perfect for me and my wife.

Jean Pierre was our tour guy and he is awesome, he told us a lot of urban legends around the streets of Paris and of course we love such histories.

Paris is beautiful but when you visit Paris with CULTURE FISH, it is UNBELIVABLE.

Pierre, one of the owners of this small tour company led us on a free tour of Monmartre at the end of April. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour. He regaled us with an entertaining historic perspective of this Paris neighbourhood. Pierre even brings a binder of pictures to enhance his storytelling.

We were a group of 8, which is just the right size as Pierre tries to get to know each and every person. Free tours attract a variety of people from kids in hostels to older travellers like us. It is a great way to meet people.

Tour lasts 2.5 hours but the time just flew by. This company also offers a free city tour which we will try next time in Paris.

Free tours survive on tips, and you will feel generous after a few hours with Pierre.

During a recent visit to Paris, we did two Culturefish! Tours. They were both excellent, but the one in Montmartre was outstanding. At appropriate points in the well-planned tour, we stood on street corners with the guide who had prints of well-known paintings by famous artists. We viewed the still-standing buildings, windmills, etc. in the paintings. It really made the art come alive. Culturefish! is a small family enterprise doing some amazing work and you will not be disappointed in their tours. The tours are free but you will be more than happy to donate generously for the experience.

There's no better way to see a city than walking it, and the walking tour I took with a friend and Culturefish! Tours helped us learn about Paris and use our knowledge to our advantage for the rest of our stay. It was an interesting walk through history as it touched on commonly visited areas, and lesser known places around. We took the downtown tour, and were delighted to have spent the time we did learning so much about Paris, Parisians, and how to conduct oneself in France. Our group was composed of children to middle aged people and by the end we were all comfortable enough to be asking questions and talking like old friends. This is also due to the personality of our guide, Pierre. He is knowledgeable, funny, and easily approached. The service is free, operating only on donations. We wish that we were not on college student budgets, so that we could have given more. A definite must for first-time visitors, or seasoned Paris veterans.
