Top location for this hotel, 200m from the opera, nice room, quite spacious for the rate (130 Euro on a Saturday night). Staff rather cold and distant. I was charged 10 Euro for a Gin & Tonic with no ice and no lemon, probably all that was too far to reach for our very bored receptionnist who clearly was ennoyed with my request...Dommage!

Hotel was actually better than expected given the low price and great location. Room was probably 15 - 20 sqm so not way to small for the price range, nice windows looking out a nice street. Internet was very expensive, 20 euro for 5 hours. Front desk staff were also very accommodating.

If you can't afford to spend your entire sallary for a week in Paris this hotel is just right for you. Located in the best neighborhood with a very friendly and helpfull staff with a very low price. Our room was for Paris standards "big" with a great bathroom and with excellent room service. The breakfast was basic about variety but full enough about quantity. If i had to mention negatives the cover of the bed seemed worn and not so clean but you just take it of.

Stayed here as part of a group of French students from my school.

Cute little hotel, rooms a decent size and clean. Good bathroom. Not the most modern decor but quite sweet and nice in an oldy-worldy way.

Good location - you can walk to all the major sights if your not short on time.

Will definately return here when i next visit Paris.

Three star hotel.
Rate for my room (213, possibly the best in the hotel) was 140 euros, which is not great value, but OK. There may have been some way to obtain lower rates.
Location is good (near the Opera-Garnier) and close to enough Metro stations to make visits in Paris easy. Not a lot of quaint cheap restaurants in this district of the Right Bank.
Room was very nice, would be even more so in summer with its two balconies. Decent size, too. The street is quiet enough that sitting there would be possible. Double-glazing ensures quiet at night.
Furniture is dark wood. lighting tasteful and adequate.
No Internet, though, on the vast desk. You have to buy a card at the reception, and there is only access to one computer. Not what one expects these days.

Four of us stayed at the France d'Antin over seven nights at the end of September and into October 2007. The location of the hotel is excellent; a fifteen minute stroll takes you into the Tuilleries or over to the Madelleine, for example. If you want the Metro the are several stations nearby. We all liked the hotel very much indeed. The staff were most polite and helpful, and the rooms were very well cleaned and sorted out everyday. Both of our rooms [one on the second floor and one on the fifth] were of a good size ,clean and well equipped [with one exception] ; there was no problem with the size of the bathroom-in view of previous comments on this site- and it too was of an excellent standard. Our only disappointment was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom which we have become accustomed to in hotels in England. Being English, the absence of a cup of tea first thing in the morning was sorely felt! To be fair, the hotel did not claim to provide such amenities , so cannot really be criticised. The lift was perfectly good and never failed to work properly. We didn't take the breakfast at the hotel; there are several places close by where you can get coffee and a croissant etc at a very reasonable price. Hotels in central Paris are not cheap and this one isn't for sure ; you pay the going rate and get a good, clean hotel in a first -rate location with a helpful and friendly staff. We would certainly use it again.
