On our last night in Paris, my friend and I decided to try this restaurant because of the reviews. It was during the snow storm that almost closed the city down. There were not too many people in the restaurant due to the weather but we sat at the large common table. The atmosphere is bistro chic, the interior a little "cold" but it could have been the storm. The people were very friendly, helpful and offered suggestions for our meal. The menu is limited which is good - it means they do their few dishes well. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely presentation, the large portions, and the fresh ingredients. I think their dishes are highly creative, and flavorful. They have a good wine list as well. I'd go again.

This small on the corner restaurant is frequented by Loui vuitton people as its near their headquarters.
the open kitchen ( Cuisine vivante & avisee) its just next to the tables and offer a clean view to their cooking.
The Pumpkin soup was delicious and the cooked Pork fantastic...smoothing with a Beaujolais wine lunch turned into a nice experience. the service attentive and quick.
I recommend this restaurant.

I had dinner with my wife at Racine2 recently. We had booked at 9:00 pm so that when we arrived, the only free table was the large common "tâble d'hôtes". We told the waiter that we would prefer a real table for two and he managed to find a table from which two Japanese were about to leave. We had a drink while the table was being prepared. The two waiters that took care of us were both really nice and helpful and gave good advice on the menu and on the winelist. All dishes were tasty and nicely presented. The only surprise was with the millefeuille which did not look and taste at all like a millefeuille. The place can become quite noisy when it is full and with the couple at the table next to us speaking really loud, it was not always pleasant. The concrete walls probably do not help to mute the global noise in the restaurant.
Overall, a nice place and a nice evenig, though not unforgettable.

Wanted to go to Chez Georges with two friendly Italian business colleagues but ended up in Racine2 when option 1 turned out to be fully booked. Great little funky restaurant. Rather cold concrete interior but full with warm people inside. Were given what felt like the guest of honours table in front of the open kitchen. Limited menu (which is good), modern - albeit a little experimental maybe - food. Elegant dishes with veggies on the side. Feels like a restaurant run by funky young people teating the boundaries of what a restaurant should be. Not bad but as said a little experimental maybe.

This is the second restaurant, there is a Racines in the Passage des Panoramas I heard many good things about but was not able to go there yet. So I was happy to discover, quite by accident, that we could have lunch here. The menu is short and written on a blackboard. The quality of the product/ingredients is excellent. the cuisine is creative, inventive and innovative. We had an excellent meal, while being able to see the chefs in action in the open kitchen. Since it is a bistro, the style is relaxed. There is a back room you should avoid. There is also one long hight table, if you don't like to sit there, please mention this while making a reservation.
