As everyone said this Best Western is in a great location BUT once again the air conditioner was not working. When asked how long it had been out I was told a week. My guess is it was longer. I can understand a couple of days, but a week. Even by Paris standards that's unacceptable! We were only here for two nights otherwise I would have moved. Room 101 is a triple with plenty of space for 3 by Paris standards but it sits right on a busy street. With the windows closed the noise is minimal. But closed windows and no air conditioning.............. unbearable. I will be asking for compensation. Make sure and call ahead to see if someone found the missing part to fix the air conditioning system. Otherwise, say "au revoir" quickly!

Room Tip: Don't stay on the street rooms if traffic noise bothers you. You won't be happy!

Excellent location. You can get rent an bike down the street, grab an Expresso, or shop within minutes from the hotel. The room was large (by Paris standards) with many windows. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was good size, compared to Paris standards. I will be definitely be returning. Thumbs up!

Room Tip: Ask for an upper floor. Elevator is a little jumpy, so beware if it feels like it drops for a second...

Arrived late and allocated lower grade room than booked. Complaining got us nowhere since it was late and we were talking to the night porter. He did offer us a 7th floor room, very 1970 decor, but air con not working so we elected for tiny 'classic' room rather than the 'superior' we'd paid for.
Deeply unhappy. They show which rooms are what category on the front door, so why they try to downgrade you is a mystery to me.
Moved to another hotel, grander and cheaper, in the morning. And was charged €85 for the second night, which we did not have, because we couldn't face staying there any longer.
Day staff entirely nice.

Room Tip: Make sure your room corresponds to the category booked.

Very centrally located in the first arrondissement.

It's a Best Western, so one can't expect the height of luxury, but it was clean and comfortable enough. Room size is poky, which is usual in Paris.

At around 205 euros per night it was pricey, but I was over just for two nights for a conference nearby.

We stayed here for a week over Easter and did not regret our choice. The hotel is very small and the rooms tiny as expected in Central Paris. It didn't really matter as the prime location more than compensates for the tiny hotel situated in a tiny lane. The location is also paramount when booking for hotel pickup and drop off for day tours and airport shuttle bus.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The cold continental breakfast was included with our booking.
