We had a small room overlooking a busy street, so windows had to be closed at night! Thank heavens for an efficient fan. The bed was realy comfortable and bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast at 9 euros was OK.

We had to plead for milk for the tea/coffee in our room but overall - with helpful staff - this was a very good place to stay.

Our room the family double was small but functional. Breakfast for 9€ good variety and plenty to keep us going. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. Hotel very close to Gaite Metro and main SNCF with easy walking around Montparnasse.

The hotel provides very comfortable accommodation and is great value. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is located in a good location and very near to metro and mainline Montparnasse station. Highly recommend for those on a budget.

Flew for 3 nights on a first date in Paris and booked Arcadie Montparnasse for the location, dinner at La Coupole and to dance in one of my favourite clubs 2 mins away. Unfortunately, typical poor Parisien hotel they gave my date that arrived before me from a different City a smaller room that I had paid for. I booked 14sqm was given 9 sqm or 10sqm (tiny room)

Room was cold in the mornings, sheets not chaned, bathroom had cheap plastic cups that fell when you put tooth brush\paste inside. No dustbin in bedroom only in bathroom. Large kettle, but no cups, coffee or milk provided. Left sign on door not to be disturb, but maid still knocked hard on the door in the morning. The cleaning could be heard every morning loudly.

Informed receptionist of the room size, and the disturbance, despite the “do not disturb” sign left on door. She appeared nonplussed and gave a look of why is he complaining. "Because, I am the customer and I paid for a service and received way below what I paid for!!"

Date was 5 stars, but the Hotel\service was only 2 stars.

Room Tip: Check your booking form and make sure they give you the correct room size. Even better there are man...

Ok, this is Paris, this is a small hotel and has small rooms but for one or two nights this is a great little place to stay.

The rooms are clean, the bed comfy and as we were on the rear of the hotel very quiet too for central Paris. Staff at reception were friendly and polite.

The Metro is almost outside the door (Gaite), Gare Montparnasse (SNCF and more Metro options) is a two/three minute walk away and there are plenty of eating places within the vicinity of the hotel - so no need to search too far for decent bars/restaurants as it is all on your doorstep.

Small hotel on the South Bank - Metro outside room (Gaite) and close to Railway station for Versailles, Air France Stop to airports, Montparnesse Metro (another line). surrounded by shops and restaurants that stay open till late.

Hotel provides basic breakfast (nothing hot except drinks) and small but comfortable rooms. Staff helpful and special credit to Lima who was super helpful. No Tea/Coffee in room but I bought my own travelers kettle and they were OK with that and let me take cups up to room.

I was on a deal so can't comment on price.

The hotel is realy very good for transit passengers, who need spend one or more nights in Paris. It is situated no more then 200 m from Les cars Air France bus stop to CDG and ORY in Gare Montparnasse. If you have some time, Versailles is 20 minutes by train from this station.
It is classical small hotel with tiny rooms, narrow corridors and realy very small reception. No lobby of course, small room for breakfast is in the basement. There is the elevator - tiny , like everything in this hotel.
The room´s furniture is in provence /?/ style, room looks fresh and cosey. Bathroom with toilet and tub is realy small, too.
We got room faced to the yard, it was quiet, sleeping quality was very good.Heating system works well.
We came to the hotel around 11:00 AM. Room was ready and it was possible to rest after long flight for us. Check - in procedure lasted 20 seconds - room was prepaid via hotels.com. Perfect.
There is free wifi, but no free cattle with tea and coffee in rooms. You can order it from reception for 5 euro fee. /curious/
All in all, good hotel for short stay for fair Paris price
