“Pretty scenic view”

Passed the bridge when I was strolling around Paris. Well, nothing really special but this is one of the icon of Paris. So just make sure you check it out. =)

“The most beautiful bridge!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 November 2013

Great views from bridge with Les Invalides at one end and the Grand Palace at the other. The bridge was divided into a pedestrian side and a traffic side so it was great to walk across and snap pictures too.

“Great for a stroll across the Seine”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 November 2013

After visiting the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, on your way to Champs-Élysées, you will get the joy of crossing the Pont Alexandre III. It's like something out of a cool old Bram Stoker movie, with its lavish lamp posts and statues. Interesting note: The first stone of the bridge was laid by the Russian Tsar Nicolas II. A symbol of friendship between the two countries, the bridge was named after the Tsar's father, Tsar Alexander III. It is so beautiful - impossible to take a bad photo of the bridge (or anywhere in Paris, or France, for that matter.)

“Magnificent bridge”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 November 2013

Crossing this incredibky beautiful bridge is an experiencein and of itself. If you are on the left bank you will see Les Invalides and its splendid dome. You will cross over to the right bank to see the incredible glass domed Grand Palais and the superb museum that is the Petit Palais. Further on are Les Champs Élysées. What could be better?
