My teen son is not into art museums, but this was right up his alley. We spent 2 hours, but would like to have stayed longer. From old scientific instruments to some of the first computers, this museum had some facinating exhibits. We will go back next time in Paris.

If you are at all interested in things mechanical/electrical and their history this is a great place to spend a day. We spent an afternoon there, but I could have stayed longer. Spread over three floors, and with a cafe, I can thoroughly recommend a visit.

Fabulous museum with soooo much to see, allow a good 4 hours.
It was almost empty when we visited in October.
The design and workmanship in the early machines is magnificent.
This museum has a great little café, with a theme of steamed food, much better than it sounds.
My husband went back with his mates to see some more of this great museum

There are collections regarding energy, transport, communication, materials etc. The collection is quite good and the information is very informative. The collection is clearly old but the museum was updated with new technology. I really liked the visit (included in the museum pass) and would go back if I'm nearby again.

was going to Pompidou yesterday and forgot it was shut on Tuesday! Wandered in here which was an unexpected pleasure - a small version of the science museum in London
