You are only 10 minutes walk to the Arc, easy walk to the Metro and all other places.
The staff are excellent in providing all information about tours, cafe's and restaurants very close by. You just walk around the corner to find one of the best views of the tower.
The breakfast area was a little cramped but very nice and acceptable.

Only complaint was there was no a/c during the night and there was some construction going on.

Stayed for 9 nights in September. The location in the golden triangle was perfect. The room size was good with a great buffet breakfast and the staff was ready to assist. Now, the negatives...The golden triangle seems to have much construction causing early morning noise from the building across the street as well as the Plaza Athenee hotel. The room was not 4 star quality due to the following...plastic bathroom cups that were never replaced, disposable paper face clothes, TV with terrible reception in many rooms ( I know that because I asked other guests at breakfast ), water stains under aged wallpaper, wool blanket on bed that looked like it was left over from World War II, worn and dated drapes and tablecloth, a king bed that was really two twin beds pushed together, and a hair dryer not produced in decades. All that and then the noise...the sound of rolling luggage, slamming doors and dresser drawers, noise from very early morning cleaning cart and don't forget the construction!

We enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel and the deluxe room. It is located close to the Seine, shopping, Champs Elysees activities. A special "thank you" to Alicia who was the hostess at breakfast every morning (included in our rate) who epitomized "outstanding customer service" with her friendly assistance making us feel comfortable each morning.

Stayed 4 nights in a suite during August. Staff were most helpful with travel, sight-seeing and restaurant recommendations. Rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Having a suite did give more room. Breakfasts were typically French and adequate. Being in the 8th Arr. it was convenient to the the Champs Elysees, the Eifel Tower and public transport and top shopping.

Room Tip: Suites give more space and situated in a quiet area.

This hotel has a great location right near the Eiffel Tower and Louvre but was also tucked away on a side street that offered some privacy. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was very nice. the staff was very nice and the breakfast offered some great options. Definitely recommend.

If you don't want to feel like you are in the heart of Paris staying in a period decorated small bed and breakfast hotel don't stay here because this is exactly as described. LOVELY!! We spent 9 nights here in room 401. pictured in this ad. This hotel provided us with a central location for day trips and easy walking distances to all the major sights. We were very satisfied with the room and service provided. The breakfasts were satisfying and wait staff accommodating. Some people find the breakfast room small but it is no smaller than sitting in an outside café and was a pleasant way to meet other travelers and share travel stories.
I waited too long for this trip so I wanted it to feel like my husband and I could experience the culture and ambiance of Paris and this provided us the perfect location.
I highly recommend a museum pass. The time saved on lines lets you see other things.
The desk staff was very helpful. They all understood English and provided us with excellent day trips out of the city. Everyone was very helpful.

Room Tip: Room 401 faces the street but is high enough that you are not bothered by noise. The street is only...

We spent three nights in Paris following a week in London and a 14 day cruise from London to Lisbon. We were looking for a quiet boutique hotel close to the Champs Élysées that would provide easy access to the main attractions of central Paris with charming restaurants and cafes close at hand. Hotel Chambiges Élysées fit the bill in all respects and we were very pleased with our stay there.
