Very nice hotel located on a quiet street but within very easy walking distance to the Louvre or Opera House. Rooms are relatively small but prices are very reasonable for such a nice hotel in Paris. Staff was very friendly and unlike the big chain hotels, Wifi is included with the rate.

Friendly, helpful staff in this excellent boutique hotel, walking distance from the Louvre. Small, comfortable room. Room service always delivered with a smile. Reception desk staff very helpful to advise on best shopping and attractions not to be missed - even assisting to improve our french vocabulary! Arriving at the hotel at 08:00 in the morning

I really like this hotel, very good location - walking distance to the Louvre and the 2 pickup points where those big tour buses leave for day trips. Also within walking distances are the Opera House and Galeries Lafayette!

Lots of Asian eateries nearby - Cambodian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean etc...

Haven't met staff that are so enthusiastic, friendly and speak good English....

Will highly recommend. Will come back again...

We have just spent two nights and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic. You can walk or take the Metro anywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were great from the moment we arrived. This is a very unique hotel close to Louvre. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. But the best part of this hotel was the helpfulness of the reception staff. The breakfast were great. Would definitely recommend.

You'll pay a bit more, but my first time in Paris, I wanted it to be easy. 1-Parisian block from the Pyramides metro(subway) - easy 4 min walk to the Louvre, Opera & 5 mins to the Tuileries. All of Paris was at my safe and easy fingertips. Great am patisseries for croissants & coffee, and outstanding evening food with 1 or 2 mins. Clean (the staff was steaming a carpet!) & friendly, easy staff. They called to get my cab to CDG ($53 euros, not bad) - they spoke English beautifully, and were patient as I tried to use my French. Excellent comfy bed & room to "live" comfortably for my 4 nights in Paris. 4 stars means 4 stars here. Lovely lobby & tea time too...

Room Tip: 3rd floor is fine - above average size elevator for Europe. Steps to top floors are a bit uneven, p...

This hotel is one of my favorite in Paris, just renovated with great taste gives you the best location, walking distance, for shopping, museum and restaurants in one of the best spot in Paris.
Located in one traverse de L'Avenue de L'Opera, Rue Therese, it's just the place to be.
The rooms are very stylish and brand new, the hall it's also a place to drink a coffee or a the and also to relax and enjoy Paris!!!!

Room Tip: I have been there many times and all the rooms are very nice

Hotel Therese was our first stop on a long first visit to Europe. It's location was incredible... quick access to great Paris restaurants, metro line a block down the street, shopping, and a 5 min walk to The Louvre. Its was extremely clean and well appointed for a small hotel.

The real standout for us was the service, and in particular Viviane at the front desk. She was warm in greeting us when we first arrived at the hotel, pointing out local sites and eateries. Each morning she was in the lobby and would be so nice to my 10-year old son, asking how he was doing, wishing him a good day, etc. Such a positive person, and very helpful our entire stay.

Our room was small, but it was up off the street and the bed was so comfortable. The room was dark, quiet and we slept here the best of our entire trip. WiFi worked great, and all the functions of the room were in good working order. Our biggest issue was that we could not leave food in the room due to ants that came in the window. It was not a big deal... we just ate before coming back to the room and with no food source the ants quickly disappeared.

We would stay here again as well as recommend to our friends.
