Just finished an 8 night stay at Hotel. It was flawless, excellent, my wife and I stayed on the top floor room 71.Not much else to stay, everything was perfect, do not believe any of the negative comments about the Hotel, what we experienced for longer then a week was pure perfection!

Room Tip: room 71 is very quiet and cozy

I stayed in the Chaps Elysees Plaza Hotel in May of 2013. I found the hotel on Trip Advisor, and though to also write a review. This was a remarkable hotel. The location is wonderful — just off the Champs Elysee near the Arc in the 8th Arr. If you like a chic boutique hotel, this is your place. I am a hotel snob and was quite nervous about my stay, but took great care to research. I was not disappointed. The decor is fantastic and the hotel is exceptionally clean. In addition, the staff is superb. The front desk and additional help was absolutely wonderful!! Be sure to see Guillaume at the bar, he both works very hard and is very kind.

This was a great stay, and a quiet, hip hotel. Thank you for the perfect accommodations.

Room Tip: Room 73 was excellent. Many windows that open with fresh air.

My husband and I recently visited Paris. It was his first visit to the City of Lights, not mine and it won't be our last. We found the hotel quiet beautiful, very large rooms by European standards with an amazing bathroom, complete with Jacuzzi and shower. The hotel staff was incredible, helpful, gracious, polite, accommodating in every way! The hotel's location is excellent, very central, but just enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing! Our French is ambitious but limited, it was not an issue here where everyone spoke English fluently. We will be sure to stay at this hotel again. It is a winner! A little pricey, but worth every penny. After all, how often do you go to Paris?

Room Tip: All the rooms looked wonderful!

Stayed in the suite Prestige last summer holiday with my children for 3 days and had a nice stay. We arrived early so our suite was not ready, but was offered a room to relax pending when the guests in the suite check out of the room and the room cleaned. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms lovely with nice amenities. The children were given goodies and well loved by the staff. Breakfast was just average, but due to the hotel's location we had many eating alternatives. Overall, It's a nice hotel.

We booked this hotel for a special break in Paris . It is very centrally located and easy to find . Our room was beautifully furnished with a very impressive bathroom and large comfortable bed . We were made to feel most welcome .Unfortunately we had to cut short our stay due to family illness at home . The staff were most helpful , arranging travel for us at short notice . Our only slight complaint is at the level of noise from outside . However we would have no hesitation in staying there again when we return to Paris .

Do not be put off by its name (which, to some at least, may suggest a chain hotel). This is a relatively small, very charming and excellently located hotel, with very helpful staff, comfortable rooms (at least mine was - on the top, 7th floor), good breakfast and (to my mind) delightful typically Parisian lift (elevator - if you come from the U.S.). Not a hotel for those who are searching for glitz: more one for those who enjoy quiet and more confident, restrained sophistication.

Room Tip: If you enjoy views over the roofs of Paris, go for the top floor (7th) though the lift stops on the...

My wife, son and i found this hotel due to a nightmare experience in a hotel we had booked originally and were not prepared to stay another night. The receptions staff from the time that I called them to see if they had space to the time that we arrived at their front door were outstanding. We ended up in a prestige suite as this is all that was available and yes it is pricey but we had 2 massive rooms and the bathroom alone was the size of the previous hotels superior room. The facilities in the room were excellent with a cappuccino machine and a kettle there was a good selection of teas and coffees and the toiletries in the bathroom were high class. we stayed on a family package and breakfast was included in our room rate, the breakfasts were very good and the restaurant for evening meals was excellent, better than any of the other restaurants that we were referred to by the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and no request was too much. We were within walking distance of the Champs Elysees and all the shops there, and the hotel assisted with booking of tours and dinner cruise which were excellent.

Room Tip: The prestige suites are expensive but worth every penny
