This is a really awesome hotel. Great service and rooms that are spotless. Super friendly staff and very helpful indeed. Rooms were very clean, serviced daily and even our Jim-jams were neatly folded at the foot of our bed. Free wifi. Just a stones throw to supermarket, bank, restaurants, boulangerie and metro. Four of us shared room # 53 and whilst compact, it is typical of Parisian hotels. We planned it as just a place to crash whilst we did the touristy stuff by day, but the hotel was extremely comfortable.

The hotel is located close to a migrant area which means lots of perfectly normal and a few quite dodgy people around. Outside of the hotel we didn't always feel safe even though nothing happened. If single or couple it may not matter so much, but as a family walking in the 'hood (even discreetly) and it was a little scary. Late night meant a taxi rather than risk metro. No reflection of the hotel itself but just something to be aware of if you are not street This is a really awesome hotel. Great service and rooms that are spotless. Super friendly staff. I suppose for a place to sleep it is good enough...the room was indeed small. I booked 2 rooms for my family and we were allocated the top floor. The rooms were indeed small but the locations is very near to underground train.
Overall, we were able to sleep well and we had no issue with the room and staff.

Spent "3" nights in this remodeled location. It still has a long way to go, at least my room 55. It was on the top floor facing the street. It did have vinyl good sound deadening windows, with blackout shades. The bad~ Loud garbage trucks at 5AM, loud motorcycles, heat roaring up from the other 4-floor to cook my room. No room for bags, no bag stand, no shower curtain! (*1/2 a glass shower door/deep tub, door with no bottom rubber seal) It flooded the bathroom when you shower! Yes, Paris is old, and rooms are small, but no Coffee maker, and no effort to fix the broken coffee machine, or soda machine! An elevator for one person, and one bag max only!

The bed was a true queen, and a very comfortable one, but the heat from down stairs rooms made the duvet a sweaty steam room. The Trane AC/Heat would not come on to cool us off. No refrigerator, no ice machines, but our room had a window sill with bars and we used it as a refrigerator. (Note: Even the 250 Euro Hyatt Regency, where I stayed for New Years, using points, did not have ice machines, and it had rotten beds, and water temperature.)

Open the window, and it was like being on the Gran Prix Race Track, or the freeway at rush hour. Not to mention the construction jackhammers on the corner digging up the street. I asked for a rear room, and was told they were for three guests. Besides, it is near the hospital, and the "ROARING AMBULANCES" keep you awake anyway!

It has a metro stop entrance 1/2 a soccer field away, but """ALL OF PARIS METRO HAS STAIRS!" Trains can and do go down three flights of stairs on three levels! Lots of steep stairs, with thousands of pushing people. NO ELEVATORS! NO WAY TO CARRY LUGGAGE, HANDICAP, OR ELDERLY ACCESS!

BE PREPARED TO TAKE CABS IF YOU HAVE KIDS, ELDERLY, LUGGAGE, HANDICAP, ETC!

CABS ARE SMALL CARS WITH NO BOOT AREA TRUNK WITHOUT FOLDING DOWN REAR SEAT! Request a Mercedes Van to be called it needed!
CABS ONLY!!!! I paid 20 Euros at 2PM from the Hyatt Regency here, and 45 Euros to Orley from here with their recommended cap service. The front desk staff were very helpful!

Forget about taking anything other than a backpack worn in front (*To prevent being robbed in the cattle stampede of this metro stop area!) If you like being kicked, and sneezed upon, hugging 50-sweaty travelers, and crushed, this is your metro African, Middle Eastern Metro area. Lots of Sushi, & Middle Eastern Restaurants, better than by the Sucre.

Dear Sir

We realized that, before coming to our hotel, you've spent the previous nights at the HYATT REGENCY hotel (which one?) at the minimum price of € 250 per night. You have therefore acknowledged that no one is perfect because in this palace, according to you, the bed was "rotten" and there was hot water problems. »

On the other hand, you said that the bed of our hotel was a 'Queen' and very comfortable. You have also recognized that the staff was very helpful (the front desk staff were very helpful) and you have granted the maximum score to cleanliness! You pointed out the existence of good soundproof windows. Let us say that, for us, the criteria for assessing the general status of a hotel are:

-the quality of the bedding

-cleanliness and hygiene in general

-the professional hospitality of the staff.

-the quality and the freshness of the products of the breakfast. (You have not taken breakfast, so you haven't noticed this criterion).

You posted wrong details because:

-There are no hospital nearby.

-The lift can load 03 people.

-In January, the temperature in Paris is rather fresh. As a result, the air conditioning does not work. These are especially the heaters which are underway. If you had hot, simply turn off the heating .

-Concerning the machine down (and not broken (broken), a simple request to the receptionist and you have your hot coffee..)

-You say that, in the district, there is that sushi, kabobs, and fast Food. This kind of restaurants exist in all areas. If you had asked, the receptionist would have shown you a list of restaurants of better quality not very far!

For the rest, we are still not responsible of ambulances and sirens fire-fighter, nor the absence of escalators in some metro stations and taxis prices!
You say that you have paid only €20 the price for a taxi from the hotel Hyatt Regency until the hotel Crimea. This is the average price for a taxi within Paris. But to go from Paris Nord to Orly airport, it's normally more expensive.

We have seen all your comments on your trip to Paris and are pleased to note that the sights visited by you (Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Orsay Museum, the Seine...) you enjoyed all. However, the photo of the Seine that you sent, it is simply the picture of the Ourcq Canal located about 400 m. the hotel Crimea!

If you return to Paris, you will be welcome with us while not forgetting that it is very difficult to satisfy everyone at the same time. The majority of our guests (aside from a few dissatisfied of birth) was satisfied of their stay with us. You can see in reading the review on the TRIPADVISOR site.

Please, dear Sir, to believe in our perfect account

S. ZIANI

This Hotel is located in Crimee area which is slightly away from the main tourist places, but the metro connecting the city central area is just a 2 mins walk from the hotel. We reached hotel at 9.30am and the check-in time being 12, they made us wait till 11 stating that the rooms are not vacant. The rooms are really tiny sized but very nice and clean and cozy. There is a TV in the room on which there are no english channels. The Reception guy was quite friendly and funny too. The breakfast cost you 8 Euros but nothing worth the price paid. Same price in Ibis offers much more things to eat. Still we had breakfast there, as we get juices, cornflakes and boiled eggs which are good to start the long touring day.
One more thing I would suggest is book this hotel online as we landed him paying 20% lesser than the fare card displayed in hotel.
Overall I would recomend this hotel as fine to stay if you dont get a booking elsewhere.

Room Tip: Choose room on the front side.

Very close to metro (less than 5-minute-walk). Staff was very attentious, rooms were clean and breakfast was good too.

The downsides are:
- Elevator a bit small
- As it is not central area, there are not restaurants opened at night(just mc donalds and kebabs)

My family have just returned fron a long week end in Paris.this hotel in ideal for getting around.i know its not in the center but there is a metro stop (crimee) 10 yards round the corner from the hotel. ( line 7---pink).the line 7 goes straight to the lourve . the reception staff were very helpful & friendly.
1) rooms were very clean small but you are in paris & you are only sleeping there.there is a tv only 1 english channel cnn but so what .beds were really comfortable ,no problems getting to sleep at night.we were on the top floor (5th),so it might be a bit quieter there.

2) Breakfast was not taken in the hotel due to the reviews i read before i left, the bakery on the corner do nice pastries , sandwitches & you can take them back to the hotel & eat them there as there is a coffee machine in the lobby.

3)For an evening meal you wont beat a restraunt about 5 mins away.its called "le bastringue" to get there turn left out of the hotel ,go straight up the road & turn right when you see the "Holiday inn express hotel" this street is called "quai de la seine" & it runs along a canal. The restraunt is about 20 yards on the right .it is the second one,14 of us ate there & all of us were well pleased.i had the lamb(it was like rack of lamb done in a sauce) it was to die for best meal of the holiday.Simon was the man who looked after us ,he could not believe i came from Blackpool because he has a great big tatoo with Blackpool written on his arm.

4)
All in all we couldnt fault the hotel.

Room Tip: maybe the higher rooms are quieter

Staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable- shower small but fairly standard for Paris. Clean towels and housekeeping every day, heater and fan in the room. There's free Wi-Fi in the reception/lounge area, and a tea/coffee machine.
Fantastic location to get to central Paris- 10 mins on metro line 7 (pink one) to the Louvre and centre of Paris. We didn't add breakfast as there's a great bakery over the road near the metro entrance, and also a supermarket about 5 mins walk down the main road.
Quite a lot of the restaurants on the area are mainly open at lunchtime, although there's a good Italian on the same road as the hotel.
