We loved our stay in this hotel even though it's only for a night. We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to our apartment in Paris. We had checked out the day before our tenant did not allow us a late check out and so we stayed a day in this hotel for convenience as our flight back was in the night and wanted to make the most of the day in Paris on the last day but got more than we expected. The front line staff who did the check in for us was very friendly and polite to all of us. For 95 Euros a night it was a real steal in central paris and included breakfast as well. Room was very nice and cosy as was the toilet facilities much bigger than our apartment that we stayed. Also very central by bus and metro to opera, Arch de Trump and Champs Elysees which are a few minutes away. Levis market is also a stone throw away with it's supermarkets and quaint little shops. Staying in this vicinity one gets to see the real Parisian way of living. Staffs at this hotel were really friendly from the front line staff to the chamber maid and waitress and waitor. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers for it's loveliness and central location as well as value for money. With prices like that it's better to stay in this hotel than in an apartment in the same vicinity.

We booked this room for 3 nights and left after the first night. Worst hotel experience of my life in any country. We had room 1. Very noisy, next to a small courtyard and the lift. Also had a room on the 3rd floor. The lift was broken in the morning. If you are not French, don't expect much. The front desk staff are what we would call "slimeballs" in the US. Our triple room was 1 double bed and 2 fake leather chairs that pulled out into single beds. Not much room and not comfortable. The shower is a tub with a shower head attachment. Not door or curtain. I wouldn't sit in that tub. The sink was broken. Light bulbs were out. We reserved 2 baby cots and were told only 1 was available. Someone else had come and needed one so they got it. Very professional. Parking is not available - as it says on some sites. Do not waste your time staying here.

the hotel is a great value for money, althought it is a bit away from the center , it in 17eme arr. but the neightboor is very quiet and peaceful. There is a metro station 10 min away from hotel.
The rooms are clean but not very big. The staff is very friendly and they want to help you enjoy your stay.
The breakfast is perfect , get up early to catch the french croissants
i definetely recommend this hotel
there is also wifi and a pc when you can check your mails

Room Tip: all the rooms are the same but the double have more space than the triple

Great hotel for the money we paid, considering that Paris is very expensive for both accommodation and food in general. The hotel is situated down a quiet one way street in a central district and is easily accessed via the Metro system. Hotel de la Felicitie offers basic, clean accommodation and a continental breakfast included in the price. The room was small but plenty of storage space was provided along with a small bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were knowledgeable regarding the tourist attractions and the best way to access them. Overall a good basic hotel with nothing more and nothing less than you would expect from a 2 star B&B in Paris.

Room Tip: Get a map with hotel location and Metro stations

The accommodation was more or less ok. But when I arrived, I had figured out that they did not have my reservation (as it figured out later - the hotel had simply LOST it). They have suggested the room (for higher price than in made reservation) for 2 out of 5 nights I had reserved and after that I had to change the hotel. Really had a lot of problems due to that lost reservation, which really spoiled the whole impression from Paris. Thus really would not recommend this hotel or if You stay there - check Your reservation in advance from the hotel. (If You manage to do that - seems they do not use the email at all)

ive just come back from a trip to paris with my boyfriend. it was a budget holiday, so i booked the cheapest hotel i could find online. i was very worried as i'd read that parisian hotels can be tiny with shared bathrooms etc. when we arrived on check-in i was so surprised, the lobby was lovely. our room was basic but clean, but even better the room was en suite with a bath and shower. we had a nice flatscreen tv and good linen. the room was a good size and overlooked the quiet street. breakfast (included) was basic but what more could you want, we were very happy with bread rolls and coffee every morning before we set off. location is good, its about 15-20 min walk to arc de triomph, but bus stops and metro all nearby. the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful for the week we stayed, they helped us with anything we asked and all had good english. the only downside unfortunately was that there was a house being renovated behind the building and we were woken every morning at 8am by loud drills and hammers. overall this hotel was very good value for money and if i was going back to paris i'd definately stay here again

Hotel de la Felicite is nicely situated on a quiet side street. It is a short walk to public transportation. The rooms are clean but small. What makes this place stand out from the rest is the excellent staff. They are used to travelers who need help and advice and then are super friendly. Only negative is that the breakfast is overpriced for what you get.
