Clean bed and acceptable wifi, old design that I like with beautiful green small yard.
Perfect for easy access to metro station which was located at the end of street just 3 minute walking.
The bath was so small that you can not even bent and the water comes directly to the room when you take a shower.
It doesn't have lift and definitely not a good option for elderly.
If somebody knock any other doors you think it's yours and the sound is completely clear inside!!?

We stayed 3 nyts in Patio Brancion. Its right next to the metro Malakoff Plateau de Vanves on line 13 - a 1 minute walk.
It's clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Although this hotel is outside of central Paris, its cheap and the metro is so easy to use. We bought a 3day pass for metro for €25.
Buffet breakfast is €8 per person consisting of cereal, coffee, pasteries, yougurt, fruit, ham, cheese and breads.
I would definitely recommend Patio Brancion and would stay here again.

Great value for money. Good Wifi connection (2nd floor). Friendly staff. If you're on a budget then this is definitely for you. It is on the outskirts of Paris but it's so close to the metro that it doesn't really matter.

No elevator so you have to carry bags up stairs but it's not so bad, just a once off.
I found the shower annoying because you end up wetting the floor and toilet unless you detach it from the wall. But that's a minor thing.

Room Tip: It looked like the 3rd floor had a balcony so I would have definitely asked for that in advance had...

The hotel is not much to look at but the rooms are pretty nice.
It's very close to the Metro station (Malakoff Plateau de Vanves).
Breakfast was not spectacular but the food was good (eggs, ham, cheese, butter, gem, fruit, coffee, fruit juice). It's pretty much the same thing every day but we can't complain regarding the food.
The rooms are clean and they changed our towels every day.
There are some bistros near by but there is practically nothing open at late hours.
Overall we were very happy with this hotel.

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights (5th and 6th July). We found the hotel ideal for exactly what we were seeking - great links to Paris on a budget. We arrived on the Saturday afternoon to be greeted by a pretty miserable man on reception whilst asking where to park our vehicle - Parking is located across the road at a 24 hour lot for approx 12 euros a day.

The room - exceptionally small for a hotel. The bathroom is the smallest I have ever experienced in a hotel - you're either sat on the loo or stood in the shower. The WORST part of this hotel, which may sound trivial, was the shower. You have to hold it whilst showering yourself which is highly annoying as a female trying to wash your hair. The shower was also mouldy as was the window. In terms of the cleanliness of the room - this was the only fault I noticed.

The location - excellent location if you're on a budget. As you leave the hotel you will see the Metro station to your left. The station is Malakoff Plateau de Vanves and from here you can get to all the main tourist destinations within 15-20 minutes. A day ticket on the metro is about 4 euros so well worth it for sightseeing in the day and Paris' nightlife! Please note that the metro runs until 12:30 Monday to Friday, 02:15 Saturdays and Sundays. We also took a stroll into the local area of Malakoff and found a nice little square with a few cafes and bakeries - nice if you want to chill out from the hustle and bustle of Paris.

The service - Staff on reception were pretty ignorant if I am to be honest - there was also the odd random guy who would sit in the small bar area (we never used this) intimidatingly staring at guests as they come and go - definitely not inviting.

To conclude, the best part of this hotel is its location (based on price).... a stones throw away from the Metro... why pay the Paris city centre price tag when the metro is 4 euros a day!

Room Tip: Please note that there isn't a lift in the building - being relatively fit 20-somethings even we...

Cons: No elevator. Had a room in the 4th floor without an elevator. This was ok on regular days but he'll during arrival and departure when dragging huge luggage.

Pros: Very close to the Metro. The place is a block away from the Metro. Once in the Metro, the entire Paris is within 15 minutes away. Note that the hotel is not in Paris proper but it's just the next stop after Paris and literally 1 block outside the boundary line.

Rooms were also nice and clean. I especially liked the huge bathroom.

Staff were very nice and helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights, close to metro (5 min walk), quiet residential neibourhood with some great little restaurants. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast for 8 euros is a good deal, plenty of fresh food. Would definitely stay here again

Room Tip: Lots of stairs! I had my 80 year old parents staying here as well but the staff accommodated a reque...
