OK, I'm biased, as it brings back great memories of Paris, which I consider perhaps the greatest classiest city to which I've ever been.
My room was a bit small (but aren't most rooms -- especially budget rooms -- in Paris?), but clean and comfortable. Looks like it had been renovated recently as it seemed very modern. Reception staff very pleasant (helped that I tried speaking French perhaps?) and the location -- while a bit of a walk to the Metro -- was steps from the RER, Luxembourg Gardens, the Sorbonne, etc. Great Left Bank location; quiet, but close to action on Blvd St. Michel, Rue Mouffetard, etc.

older female front desk lady was TERRIBLE! set up a shuttle to the airport and NARROWLY made our flight.. mostly due to the fact the flight was delayed. she was very unhelpful and the room was not ready when we arrived at 1645 when check in was at 1500 and she said "well most hotels in paris dont let you check in until 1700" when i responded "well this one does" she said they didn't have enough cleaning help for the entire hotel.. the told me it would be 30 minutes until our room was ready.. it was 45.. she didn't offer any assistance during the wait except we could sit in the lobby... super NOT helpful...
hotel is in good location.. younger gentleman at front desk was pleasant and helpful. pantheon location is very close to lots and if you're taking any of the bus tours they usually have a pick up at the pantheon which is nice.. also lots of restaurants within walking distance and most are reasonably priced bc it is near a university

Thank you for your commentary, we value your feedback. We apologize that your room was not available upon your arrival; this is most unusual as we endeavor to accommodate all of our guests directly from 14h onwards. In respect to your shuttle, thank you for raising this issue, we will ensure all our reception staff are fully briefed on airport travel times and the check-in requirements for international flights. Thank you once again for your feedback.

i booked this hotel as our last vacation destination after 2 weeks of traveling in Spain and France. i had experience of living in 3 star hotels in Paris before, so my expectations were decent. However, i must say that even for Paris this hotel was too "basic" for 135 Euro per night. Don't expect any coziness there, I would call it a bed with the walls. The good things to mention are: helpful and friendly people at the reception, i appreciate that hotel kept my tickets to the concert which were mailed there, a very good quality WiFi free of charge and of course the location is very convenient, metro station is 7 min walk and the street was quiet at night. What was not good : a) breakfast arrangements, the place had no single table clean when we arrived and the lady was cleaning the dishes just in front of our nose. you can't expect a lot for breakfast for 7Euro, and i must say the coffee was good, but all the rest was just a joke (dry biscuits and a set of jams), so look for alternatives nearby if you need a real breakfast. b) the quality of linen and especially the towels, they were old and smelly. I would recommend this hotel for couples who plan to spend all days and mostly nights outside and for whom atmosphere and comfort are not critical. I would not recommend this place for romantic trip.
