This is the answer from our management:
1) “Staff and location”:
Thank you for your compliments on our friendly staff, location, recommendations for lunch, etc
2) “Unfortunately, they had not understood that we wanted to separate beds”:
Not true. We received a reservation for a Double room, ie, one big bed, not 2 separate beds. If client had booked a “Twin” room, we would have of course given the client a room with 2 beds. Unfortunately, when client arrived, we could not change their room as we were already fully booked.
3) Breakfast is only basic.
We do not agree. We serve Continental Breakfast as advertised, which includes orange juice, tea, coffee, chocolate, hot milk, corn flakes, fresh and hot croissants, pain au chocolate, pain au raisins and baguettes, butter, jam, cheese, fresh fruits, dried fruits, etc., all of these at will.
Further, we get fresh bread deliveries from one of the best hotel providers in Paris (Maison Leriche) every day. Also, breakfast is served everyday by a professional waitress who gives a very good service. She is working for a leading hotel service management company, and is extremely professional.
Conclusion:
1) The client should have made sure to book a “Twin” room instead of a “Double” room. Unfortunately, he did not do so and thus, our receptionist could not do much about it as we were fully booked.
2) We believe that we do offer an excellent service for an extremely reasonable price. In fact, we do pride ourselves on offering our clients the best Quality/Price ratio
