Beautiful view of Paris. We went there during the daytime so we saw everything. Would have been interesting to see it at night. The place was pretty cool, no crowd which was great as well as no waiting time. A short experience which makes it a bit expensive. If you have the time and the spare money well worth it.
Great views of the fireworks on Bastille Days! Very memorable experience. Had to buy an extra ticket to go up the tower for the fireworks but wroth it.
Great views but quite expensive. We paid slightly more for the '2 visits in 48 hours' option which was worth it. We had a day time visit then went again just before sunset. Watching the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower was pretty spectacular.
It's not cheap to go up to the top but we did enjoy it and got great photos. It's cheaper for young people up to the age of 24 to go up the Eiffel Tower whereas there was no discount for Montparnasse.
You get a really nice view of Paris from here and there is a rooftop bar on the very top. Everything is very expensive up there including the ticket that is €20 per person. If you are short on money just do the Eiffel tower and skip this as the view is much better from there (especially from the summit).
20€ to go up of the tower at the guinguette, 10€ the beer, 12€ the plate of ham…
The view is nice, a bid crowded so you will need to find a place to sit at one of the table.
That what we did, and we enjoyed, until a waiter asked us to leave in a very rude manner. The table was reserved so our option was to continue to eat on the floor ! ( he explained that the piece of paper indicating “reserved” was removed…so not his fault…).
I was not happy about the situation neither the tone, so the waiter caller the security guy to remove us….. you read correctly…I am ashamed of this level of service.
I am from Paris, and love my city but I am not sure that the 4 other tourists sitting on the same table enjoyed this experience and will keep a good image.
I usually avoid to leave bad comment but this is simply not acceptable, so I hope that this comment will allow improvement.
