We can highly recommend this french restaurant as being so in character as typical French in decor as well as menu. The food was fantastic and service lovely even though it did get very busy. Do get there early around sixish or you will be lining up to get in. Must definitely have the creme brulee it is sensational.

Open even on Sunday, we ordered two main dishes and we were very satisfied by both the presentation and the taste of the food. Pretty quick service and the final bill was around 40€, with two glasses of wine included. A nice selection of French and non French specialities, with attention to particulars. Different combo menu are available and allow you to save money. Free WiFi included and tap water on request.

We stayed at the Best Western for it’s convenience and comfort accepting that they do not do evening meals.
This restaurant is one of many within walking distance, actually about 200 yards from the hotel, we had been travelling all day and this proved not only a nearby eatery but a very satisfactory one.
Like many places in France it is a combination of local bar and dining place, which gives the atmosphere a lively feel.
The portions were enormous, what ever we had ordered all served by a cheerful young lady, she found our Franglais quite amusing.
A widow seat gave us our entertainment and the wine our Joie de vivre.
I had the Steak Tartar, a dish I would normally only risk in a good English restaurant and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality, preparation and taste.
And so to bed after good first night to our stay in Paris

We stumbled upon this restaurant the first night we were in Paris. We were a bit early for traditional Paris dinner time, but we were welcomed heartily and the service was attentive.
The food was not extraordinary but it was very good and good value.
That hour over dinner made me feel like I had arrived, was back home in Paris -the traditional Paris that I knew from many years ago. Charming.

My wife and I popped in here for an early evening meal and were met by friendly staff and a good menu choice. The Gourmandises de canard was vey good and had my favourite, gésiers, lovely. Well priced wine and all round, we had. Good meal. It is not a gourmet restaurant but serves well prepared and well cooked ingredients in the French style.
