“Great location, average hotel”

Room was ok, it's Paris. It was clean, good bathroom with a tub. Small safe and mini fridge, good things to have. Elevator was the smallest I have ever seen. Our room was on the 6th floor, we had to send our luggage up alone and go up the stairs to get it. The phone in the room didn't work, so anything we had to ask we had to go down stairs. Very nice location, close to metro, and Luxembourg garden. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff was not the most helpful. Wi-fi very slow.

Clean sound proof rooms. We stayed in a "grand double" it was spacious for Paris norms. Bathroom had a tub and was on the large side. Elevator is the tiniest thing I have ever seen, haha. It fits 2 persons at best, simply amazing. You're within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Breakfast is continental, crunchy oven fresh baguette, croissant, preserves coffee and juice. All what you would except, nothing extra ordinary but not bad neither.

Stayed here 3 times - small hotel located very close to 3 metro stations (St. Germain du Pres, Odeon and 1 other) and very close to many cafés and restaurants, but possibly the best thing about this hotel is its proximity to my favorite garden in the world - "Jardin Luxembourg".

Apart from the above, the hotel is charming, clean, comfortable and has the smallest elevator in the whole world - worth visiting just to see how small it is!!!

Room Tip: All rooms should be fine as the insulated windows really do insulate you from any road noise.

We were pleasantly surprised with the charm of our triple room, the comforts, and the helpful staff, especially manager Pilar. The location was excellent, with more than one convenient Metro station nearby. The neighborhood was full of appealing stores and cafes. As others have said, the elevator is so small both you and your luggage won't fit, but the staff will bring it up to your room. The bathroom is well equipped with a cart for your toiletries, terrycloth robes, fluffy towels, and good quality amenities. If you like to read in bed, though, you might want to bring a booklight. The safe and mini-bar refrigerator are welcome additions.

I stayed here for just one night on my way back to the UK from the south of France. I chose the hotel because of its location and it certainly did not disappoint. For the price it is a really excellent choice: clean, central and comfortable. I think they have offers on in low season, which makes it really a good deal. They also allow you to leave your luggage in the hotel while you explore the city and the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. I will try to stay here again on my next trip through Paris.

This hotel is quite difficult to review. You get a clean room with a few helpful extras, a great location and a friendly welcome at reception, but it's just not very exciting. Know what I mean? Breakfast wasn't included in the price, so we ate breakfast in local cafes. The room was clean. The modern bathroom was well above average, with robes and a hairdryer (and everything worked - there was always hot water, and the shower functioned properly). And the staff were friendly and helpful - though no English was spoken. The room (a triple) was fine, though there was the usual extreme paucity of coathangers in the large wardrobe, and there were no drawers to speak of, other than tiny ones in the rather rickety bedside tables. There was a safe, which was very useful, and a decent sized fridge/minbar. If I was stuck for somewhere to stay, I would go back here and would feel completely relaxed about doing so. But otherwise I think I would probably look for somewhere more interesting. Overpriced, by the way, but this is Paris. Oh, and that lift..... It really is tiny. Our suitcase had expanded by the time we came to leave, and it no longer fitted in the lift! If you have a problem with stairs, you need to bear this in mind.

Stayed 7 nights May9-16. Small but clean room & quiet . Room had wardrobe for clothes with safety deposit inside ,unexpected but much appreciated small bar fridge, small desk & stool, comfortable bed, flat screen tv (limited to only 2 English channels),A/C, and separate bathroom with full bath tub. Upon arrival we used to smallest elevator I have ever been in (have been in many european hotels) to get to our room 405 overlooking the courtyard. I barely fit in the elevator with our 2 knapsacks & my hubby followed after with our 1 piece of luggage. After that we used the narrow winding staircase including when we left. Room was freshened up daily: bed was made, bathroom cleaned with new towels & soaps. The staff was very friendly and staff spoke English. Helpful with making reservations for restaurants, calling cabs, and watched our suitcases on our last day. The location is great! We walked everywhere we wanted to go, the Monoprix (supermarket) is just a block or two away, lots of restaurants nearby and the Luxembourg garden is just minutes away also. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We found the staff very fri
