“Great place.”
Reviewed 6 January 2014

I'm a little cautious of places near the train stations, but this place was perfect. Across the street from the Nord station. Very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Used the metro to get out of the area. Extremely satisfied.

The staff here were great and the rooms good value (book directly on line not trough an agency) . Rooms clean an the hotel very convenient if train travelling.
Sadly architects were involved in the design of the rooms. A shower that wets the whole of the bathroom floor !!! No screen? And a toilet bowl that is so high off the floor the I at 6'3" sit with tiptoes on the floor. A basic stuffup as I have been involved in the building tade for about 35 years. The only other design fault would be a bed that is split in the middle on wheels that slide apart when you roll to the middle and end up on the floor, not fun. What is it with hotels and two single beds together instead of a queen or king !!!!!!!!!! And on a board floor with wheels!!
Get it right guys the small detail can make it or break it.

We stayed for three nights. It's conveniently located right next to the train/metro station, although this also mean that the neighbourhood is a bit dodgy at night - a woman wouldn't want to walk alone there at night.
The hotel is modern and the room was very quiet and very clean. The shower was awesome, but I wasn't a big fan of the mattress nor the very soft pillow.

Great Hotel right by the Eurostar. So close there's no need for a taxi to get you there and you are not disturbed by any noise from outside.
The hotel was very clean and well looked after, bright and modern, the rooms had TV and the beds were so comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as their English was so much better than my non existent French they were more than happy to help guide us to any attractions. There was a Metro just outside the hotel too. I would happily go there again.

The hotel was lovely and modern, especially the rooms. Although there was a serious lack of storage space. Good job we were only there for one night. Great location for the Eurostar, next to the Gare de Nord but we didn't feel safe in the surrounding area at night. The room was a little noisy too as we were on the first floor, close to the main road and the bins! The main issue we had was with the room temperature. It was freezing. Phoned down to reception as altering the temperature in the room had no effect. They said they could control it from there but it made no difference. When we complained in the morning we got offered a free breakfast. Hate to complain about a free breakfast but it really wasn't worth the price they were charging.

Great little hotel in a very convenient location. Rooms are modern, bed was fantastic. Breakfast should be included in the price. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Excellent coverage for Wifi. Would recommend the green hop on hop off bus for touring around Paris!

Either from rail or airport, take the metro to Nord Gare station and you are only minutes walk away. Hotel is very comfortable, wifi works in room, breakfast is very expensive, in comparison to local restaurants. Rooms are on the small side but bed is so comfortable. Very clean, great shower, and relatively quiet. I did think that their price for a room high for what was offered. Have no problem recommend this hotel.
