“Great thai food in Paris!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 August 2013

Try " le tigre qui pleure" if you like meat, absolutely delicious. All the food is nice quality and the cart has lots of options for all the tastes. The restaurant is really cosy and better to reserve before going as it may be full at lunch or at diner!

“Good thai food at a reasonable price”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 June 2013

Apparently this bistro originally served French food, but was taken over by Mme Shawn. There are still a few classic French bistro dishes on the menu. The Thai cuisine is very tasty, and service is welcoming and prompt. The restaurant faces the Canal St Martin and if you are in this neighbourhood it a good choice for a reasonably priced meal.

“The Great Thai in Paris”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 May 2013

First thing very important the food tastes the same than in Thailand. This is a really good. I ordered "les larmes du tigre" the meat was just perfect. Great taste, ideal quality and served in generous quantity to satisfy a gourmande like me. I then took a strawberry clafoutis (homemade and just delicious) with strawberry sorbet. My friend ordered a sticky rice with fresh mango. Believe me the mango was just as good as when it falls from the tree! So pick my guess I highly recommend this lovely place. Oh I forgot we drank a bottle of red wine from Loire, cannot reckon the name right now, it was excellent too.Enjoy your meal!

“First Class Thai”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 March 2013

As this restaurant was adjacent to our hotel 4 adults and 1 child decided to eat there on our second night. The service was friendly, the food excellent and the prices right. For anyone staying near the Gare de L'Est it is definitely worth a visit
