The rooms are small, but new and clean. The location is not ideal if you are looking to be in the center, but it is close to the Metro, so it is easy to get into sites. Not a heavily tourist area, and near some good, less expensive restaurants.

We chose this hotel because it has a kitchenette and it was newly renovated. Functional kitchenette is definitely is a big plus but the lack of coffee maker/kettle for coffee/tea drinkers and the lack of chairs in the kitchen area made it slightly uncomfortable. The room is cozy, the bathroom with a rain shower is perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing, filling, and free breakfast. The personnel is friendly and some of them speak enough English. Location is not perfect for tourists, but metro station is just a block away and the metro line 7 leads you directly to the center. The wonderful charming French boulangerie, which is one building away, makes up for any inconveniences.
All of this makes this hotel is attractive for future stay.

The rooms are small but very clean, new and functional. Mattress and bedding good quality. They have a small kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare something quick. The bathroom is new and spacious, all finishes were new and clean.

Noisy, drafty, and tiny rooms. The receptionists were nice enough, though not very professional, not well-trained it seems. No way to make the room dark, either. Baby was unhappy there, spent three nights in the hotel.

This hotel is clearly newly renovated which is definitely a benefit. The rooms are cozy but not cramped (as many hotels in paris can be), and all the appliances and facilities are in working order.

We were very surprised to find a two burner range in our double deluxe room! As well a microwave, a dorm-room sized fridge (as opposed to the "mini-bar" fridges standard in many hotels), and plates, cutlery, and cookware in the cabinets!

The metro is merely blocks away giving you great access to the entire city, and there is a marche as well as small eateries near the metro stop as well.

We paid only 118 Euro for the double deluxe room which is a steal in paris for a saturday night! The only complaint I have is that the hotel's website advertised (in multiple places) a special that includes free breakfast with an online reservation. For this reason we made the reservation on the website and not through a booking site (kayak). The next morning as we were eating breakfast we were informed that breakfast was not included, and for a moment we thought we were going to have to pay for it (I think 20 Euro). In the end they did the right thing and gave it to us but beware! If you are expecting a similar deal be sure to ask at checkin (or better yet, call before you book).

Room Tip: Double Deluxe has a two burner range with cookware! I imagine the suites would as well.

My wife and I arrived late in the evening to check in, and learned that our room had been given away to someone else moments before we got there. Without much of an explanation, we were shoved into a taxi and taken to a much cheaper, dirtier, and genuinely unpleasant "hotel" - which also happened to be in an inconvenient location.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Went here for a business trip. The hotel is in the south of Paris close to Gentilly and Arcueil. It is a bit noisy due to the main street close by. The house is pretty new/modern, the rooms are quite big compared to other locations ins Paris.Rooms were clean.
Some of the service guys were pretty unfriendly which was actually the only, but a major pain point :(

Room Tip: Do not expect too much service and/or much friendliness.
