This hotel should be in the Guinness Book for the size of its lift! It is so tiny that two people can just squeeze in. We had a standard double room which again was compact to say the least! The shower was in a cupboard but everything was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The road was pretty noisy during the night. There are plenty of places to eat in the region and it isn't far from Montmartre. It is easy to get to by metro from the Gare du Nord. There is free wi-fi.

Be prepared for small rooms but the beds were very comfortable and it was very clean and tidy. The Staff was just lovely and friendly, Arthur the Manager was very keen to listen and help. Everyone spoke English. We stayed for 4 nights and that was long enough as it could get quite cramped as there were 3 ppl in our room. It is not accessible so you must have strong legs to walk up curving staircase, as there is an 1-person cupboard like elevator. The location is great as it is right next to the Sacre Coeur and the Montmartre area. I didn't feel unsafe with common sense type precautions you would use travelling anywhere. Late nights take the metro back: Chateau Rouge is very amenable. Lots of places to eat in the neighbourhood and easy transport options to the rest of Paris. Easy to get here from airport, it is near the peripherique and we came by RER to Gare du Nord and then metro. There was Wifi but it was slightly unreliable, we found by clicking in and out of it, it would work again after fading out. If you are from the EU I recommend just getting data roaming nowadays to get 3G, that was very good. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms are small but very clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is compact but has a good strong shower! All of the staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with any queries we had! Could have done with air conditioning as had to keep the windows open and the roads outside were very noisy. The area was lively and had many great places to eat at good prices!

Bit disappointed with the room to be honest. Small and modern. Comfortable and clean, OK for one night but longer felt too cramped. Service good. I liked the location, busy, diverse and vibrant. Hotel was generally quite.

Amazing amazing service from the front desk, there was a young man who worked the afternoon shifts and he was SO helpful and it was great he could speak English too!

They make you feel very welcome, especially in a city we weren't familiar with.

The rooms were small but for a short stay where you're only staying a couple of nights is perfect.

Good location and short walk to Chateau Rouge where the train from Gare Du Nord takes you and easy trip go the Cité station.

The only feedback I would give to the hotel is to supply small fans for the room, we did find it a little hot at night even with the windows open but none the less the stay was great!

Staff was helpful. Advice about buses and nearby sights.
We were there for 4 days & every day at least once my electronic key would not work. I had to walk back downstairs and get it charged up. Finally the last night even the desk agent's card would not work. They gave me a key i the end.
