Very small restaurant, but with the authentic flavours of Southern Italy.
It's simple, very simple, but with a familiar touch and a place where you can find very tasteful pastas and other italian specialities.
Service is attentive and polite although not intrusive.
Must try the Tiramisu.
If you visit Le Sacré Coeur, this place is just a few steps from the base of the "lift".

this time the trip in paris was planned, so we went to variety or places enjoying the most of them but i must confess, we had the peak of gastronomy leisure once more at Piccolo Rifugio restaurant. Once again suprised from the delight of italian kitchen proposed from the restaurant. The menu was updated from march and was so close to home made italian food, the flavour of ingredients was real and pure. I asked the lady cook and she told us that they brought some of ingrediets from sardegna, her homeland, and some others were from italian furniture.
Ok, just i cant stay without mentioning the melanzane alla parmigiana and the tiramisu alla moka. Others, being in diet, enjoyed spaghetti alle vongole for its delicate flavour and taste.
Thank you Piccolo Rifugio

The place is tucked away in one of the streets slightly out of the main tourist flow, is managed in an impeccable yet familiar manner, and the chef delivers exquisite food using original ingredients from her and her partner's regions of origin: Calabria and Sardinia.
If you are after authentic Italian tastes from regions that are not normally well represented abroad, go there and enjoy yourself.

Marvellous authentic Italian food - tasted just Mama used to make... Well, not my Mama, but one who was Italian and a good cook :) chilli squids for starter, & linguine amatritciana (sp?) for main, panacotta with honey and caramel for desert. Pasta cooked to perfection & sauce delightfully smoky. Reasonable red wine to accompany. Totalled 65euro for two.

The talented young lady Chef whipps up dishes from her native Sardinia using fresh main ingredients flown in from Calabria. An original mix in a cosy atmosphere, where the Paris-born owner has selected excellent wines - all at an affordable price. If in Montmartre, don't miss it. Unique.
