This bridge is a delight. It has a Metro Station at one end and carries the rail traffic via a second level Viaduct. Beneath that is a dedicated cycle way and each side has other motorized traffic and Pedestrians. Of course the boats go beneath and there is pedestrian access down to the Seine River - everybody is happy. When I walked it there was a Council employee cleaning off graffiti with a high pressure sprayer. Oh, and did I mention it is very ornate and pleasing on the eye.
Most people don't make it down this far, I suggest you make the effort.
