I'd say there are only 2 downsides to this hotel. The size of the rooms and location. The size of the rooms was no problem for us but you can see them from the photos to see if they are for you. Secondly, the location was no problem at all due to the brilliant metro system in Paris where you'll be in the centre from 15 minutes of leaving your room.
The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were cleaned often to a very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again if we return to Paris.
