Our meal at Premices was outstanding. The restaurant itself is small, with only 8 tables and based on our experience, only has one seating in a night. The menu is small and the food is prepared in a modern style, but is very good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys modern cuisine.

Charming, gracious and efficient solo waiter, very impressive service. Simple menu without pretension. Excellent bottle of wine my husband chose..An 81 Cuve perhaps. Veal Sweetbread had a gentle taste, lobster and black rice had a strong taste. Loved the play on each dish. Intimate restaurant that makes the guest feel like they've been invited to someone's home for the evening.

Booked a meal on first night in Paris after reading reviews on trip advisor. Could not have been more impressed, meal not cheap 240 euros for 2xg&t, three courses , 2 amuse Bouche , bottle of good Chablis ( 50 euros) as well as coffee and tea. Quality of cooking and flavours as good as I've eaten, foie gras good, asparagus starter apparently brilliant in spite of use of "foam", however main courses of lobster and sweat read with Jerusalem artichoke and mushroom both intense flavours. Excellent pastry but evidently chocolate dessert best my wife had ever eaten. Only one serving staff but service prompt and professional in a small restaurant. Doubt whether you could do better in Paris, a wholehearted recommendation, do yourself a favour when in Paris and book here.

Restaurant is nicely appointed, clean, crisp linens and minimal artwork. One singular waiter seemed to manage the front of house, which only had a few tables. Service was very good, however and we were in no way rushed.

A foie gras amuse-bouche was presented, and delicious. The lobster and black rice appetizer was good, though I did not care for the consistency of the black rice. The lobster main my partner and I had was very overcooked, stringy and tough. It was soaked in butter, which made it edible, but otherwise not at all well executed.

The temperature of the room was distracting, and I have to say took away from the dining experience. It was too warm to enjoy our meal, and we left quickly after dessert, though we would have lingered longer with a cheese plate and after dinner drinks had the room not been so hot.

The service was ok, and some dishes nice, but overall a very average experience.
