Well, another restaurant that is trying to surf on the Asian Fusion wave. Food is average: it is good but nothing special besides that eye-popping price. Yes, it is in one of the best neighborhood just a few steps from the Champs Elysées; no, it does not justify this kind of price.
My biggest problem was the space between the tables. There is literally five centimeters between each tables, waiters can barely move around, and it's a mess when customers are trying to get out. I understand they have a lot of people who want to come and be seen, but it's a restaurant not a sardine tin.
The hostesses were arrogant and almost rude. They obviously look at you from head to toe and assess your fashion before you get in. The waiters were very nice though, and trust me when I say they have a tough job!
But hats down for Mr Philippe Starck. The restaurant's design is fantastic and a little edgy. Too bad, the food does not match the environment!
