Thank you very much for choosing La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa. It is a pleasure to read that you enjoyed your stay among us.

La Réserve Paris is surrounded by calm and confidential environment, located between rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré and avenue Montaigne. You can enjoy incredible views on the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower from our suites. Our property is the smallest Parisian Palace, with 40 keys including 25 suites and 15 rooms. Our butler team works very hard to provide very personalized services to the guests.

Thrilled to know you had time to discover our 2-Michelin Star restaurant Le Gabriel. Jerôme Banctel offers a contemporary French cuisine inspired by the local daily market and associates divinely flavors to make sure you spend a wonderful moment. Hopping you tried “Mackerel from Brittany” and “Pigeon from Racan “.

Thank you mentioning our beautiful Spa which features a 16 meters pool and a Gym opened 24 hours for our guests. We use a Swiss brand Nescens for our facial treatments and massages, known for the large concentration of actives.

Estimado Señor,

Thank you very much for your kind comment following your experience at La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere of La Réserve Paris. Being a hotel composed of 40 spacious keys decorated by the renowned Jacques Garcia with an amazing location in the center of Paris between rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, avenue Montaigne and avenue Matignon, we preserve a quiet atmosphere where our guests will always feel special by offering tailor-made services.

Thrilled to hear that you are familiar with the history of the building. Previously this mansion was the private residence of the Duc de Morny and more recently was ran by Pierre Cardin.

Looking forward to the pleasure of welcoming you back in your Parisian home.

La Reserve Paris deserves all the accolades and superlatives used to describe it- it is definitely the best hotel in Paris. This is due to a few, but very important points:

1. LOCATION: Rue Gabriel, so close to the Av. des Champs-Élysées, Rue Saint-Honore etc.

2. INTIMATE hotel with only ~40 rooms that makes you feel like La Reserve is your own private luxury residence, instead of a hotel. I barely felt the presence of any of the other guests. The vibe is so romantic, exclusive, sultry and relaxing. The lobby area is gorgeous and the library is stunning! The spa area is also very beautiful with a 16 ft pool and hammam.

3. SERVICE: Incredible, over the top service. This is a recurring theme in all the other reviews, and it is not an exaggeration. They are so friendly, polite and always available for any request (Damien is so great!). Due to the gilet jeunes protests on the weekend, Rue Gabriel was closed off and the staff escorted us with our luggage past the police, and literally even RAN to find us a taxi amidst all the chaos. This service deserves 10+ stars. We are really touched by their help.

4. ROOMS: Beautifully designed, comfortable, plenty of space. The washroom is covered in marble. The bed is super comfortable and the room has everything that you need. The staff put in a lot of effort to add some romantic touches as we were there over valentine's day weekend.

5. FOOD: Restaurant Le Gabriel has two Michelin stars. Amazing dinner, the service was also excellent. Expensive and kind of traditional with the trolleys and sauces etc. but definitely worth going to for a special occasion.

It was a dream!

Chère Madame,

Thank you very much for writing such a detailed comment following your experience at La Réserve Paris -Hotel and Spa a few days ago and for choosing our property for your romantic weekend.

La Réserve Paris is the smallest Palace in Paris with spacious 15 rooms and 25 suites decorated by the renowned Jacques Garcia. Yet, more than a hotel, Michel Reybier, our owner, thought La Réserve Paris as his home in Paris to welcome friends which creates this special feeling. I am pleased to read you liked your Prestige Junior Suite on the second floor, overlooking the Patio. We do have many options including suites overlooking Le Grand Palais and The Eiffel Tower, close from the hotel.

It is a real pleasure to read you spent a nice moment in our 2-Michelin Star restaurant Le Gabriel too. Our executive Chef, Jérôme Banctel, offers a contemporary French cuisine with signature dishes such as « Macau » Artichoke and Pigeon from Racan. Le Gabriel is a perfect place for the romantic dinner to discover the gastronomic experience in a chic décor.

Thank you for mentioning our Spa that features a 16 meters pool, hammam and a Gym open 24 hours for our guests. We use Nescens products for our facial treatments and massages, known for the large concentration of actives.

Your warm compliments have been shared with the team and especially with Damien who feels really proud!

Looking forward to the pleasure of welcoming you back in your Parisian home.

After more than 20 years visiting Paris, this is by far the most intimate luxury hotel.
Located in Pierre Cardin's former home, walking through the huge glossy, red entry doors feels more like walking into a mansion house than a hotel, but with the absolute luxuries you would expect at one of the world's best 5 star properties.
You are welcomed by staff in a lounge-room style lobby, and staff are warm & helpful.
From gold guided lounge rooms where you can idly pass the time to an outdoor courtyard, lots of gold, fresh flowers, a striking black and white staircase to a leather and velvet filled green library, and a beautiful bar which welcomes guests each evening with perfectly made cocktails & snacks, the setting couldn't be more opulent or romantic.
Even the pillowed, sheets and towels are absolutely luxurious.
The rooms are huge, and some have views of the Eiffel Tower. All have marble filled bathrooms you wont want to leave - large spaces and marble and white fit outs.
This hotels even produces its own French fragrance which is also infused in bath products you will want to jam into your bag when you leave. Each guest receives a fragrance.
The Hotel’s founder also produces his own extraordinary champagne. It really is something special.
Each of the 40 rooms has its own butler, and these are not your average butlers - the staff strive to ensure every last detail of your stay is perfect. Mine even painted my finger nails for me when I was running late.
Breakfast is served in an intimate lounge area, with absolute attention to detail.
The chocolates at the bar at midnight were yet another highlight. This is the kind of hotel on which to celebrate all that life is & I haven’t mentioned the 2 Michelin Star Restaurant Le Gabriel, which is astonishing.
A huge list of celebrities stay here - so special.
