Not a long time ago I was visiting plces in Europe with my mother. One of the places I loved was the Geneve reserve in Switzerland, we stayed there for a few days and we were very happy. Added to that I was a tea lover so what I appreciated the most was the tea quality they offered. It was unbelievably tasteful and organic, the best I've ever had. Then we had the oppurtunity to go to Paris for one day :/ so we didn't want to miss visiting the splendid reserve of Paris. Everything was amazing and the delightful staff ws welcoming without forgetting the luxirious services they offered. But what really surprised me was the "Dessert Gourmant" I ordered an Earl Grey green tea that belonged to a brand and to my surprise I was served another brand of tea, and the bizarre thing was that the staff, they didn't know which brand were they really selling. Added to that it was really bad quality that I couldn't even finish it. Anyway headed after that to the "Gare de Lyon", after spending a day there, and here was the choc : I found the same brand of tea they offered me at the Paris reserve on a 42 euros menu , was selled too in the station for 3 euros. It was a big dissapointment.

This gorgeous hotel with an excellent location and a fantastic staff is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at in Paris. The rooms are marvelously appointed with every amenity you could think of or could ever possibly need.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for choosing La Réserve for your recent Parisian stay and for taking the time to share your experience on TripAdvisor.
Indeed, between rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré and Avenue Montaigne, La Réserve Paris is located in the heart of Paris. The Champs-Elysées’ garden creates a separation between the Champs Elysées and La Reserve Paris allowing the hotel to be calm and discreet despite its proximity to the well-known avenue.

Looking forward to the pleasure of welcoming you back.

With warm regards,

Romain Meiran

I lived in Paris for ten years and have stayed in many hotels before and since, and nothing comes close to this one. A delight in all respects. The sumptuous decor, the excellent and friendly service, the gorgeous spa and pool, the room service. And zero pretension or attitude. Perfection. Can’t wait to return.

Just returned from a few days at La Reserve. From the minute you walk in the door you are made to feel like you are in your own home. This may be the finest hotel experience we have ever had.

They literally pick you up from the airport, unpack your bags, drive you to wherever you want to go, and take care of your every need.

Olivier, the concierge, is the best we have ever met and couldn’t be more helpful. One afternoon we returned to our room and noticed two tubes of toothpaste to replace the tube we had on the counter that was almost empty. They did this on their own.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and well appointed. A sensor puts a night light on when you get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom.

Literally, hospitality at its finest. Au Revoir.

Chère Madame,

We would like to thank you for your kind review regarding your recent stay and for choosing La Réserve Paris.

We are thrilled to understand you appreciate the comfort of your room. As you mentined, all of them are equiped with the latest in domotic innovations.

As well, as you noticed, The decoration is signed Jacques Garcia, the renowned designer, who created special ambiances within the property such as the Louis XV lobby, the Duc de Morny library, the rooms and suites, and both restaurants Le Gabriel & La Pagode de Cos.

As you know, our Mansion is the smallest Palace in Paris with 40 spacious keys from 40 to 140 square meters, including a tailored made service such as a private butler.
We are pleased to read that it was a wonderful feeling let yourself be pampered by our team ; by letting the Butlers unpack or pack your suitcases, or by letting the Gouvernantes to satisfy all your needs during your stay!

Many thanks for naming Olivier our concierge. We trust you appreciated all the reservations made by his team, such as the transfers to and from the airport with a luxury private car.
Your review is a real source of encouragement and helps us to work even harder to satisfy all our guests.

We really do hope you will have the opportunity in the near futur to experience our 2 Michelin starred restaurant Le Gabriel, handled by our executive Chef Jérôme Banctel.

Looking forward to the pleasure of welcoming you back to your Parisian home.

I been there for a business meeting with one of my clients, who invited me for breakfast because his agenda was busy during his time in Paris. I have to admitted the hotel and the team exceeded my expectations, especially Daniel who even when was extremely busy took the time to explain us the menu and do suggestions considering my diet restrictions, furthermore he explained everything in English and French to be clear for my client and me.

For sure next time in Paris I will stay in this hotel (if my company paid for that) and for sure I will considerate it for next events or meetings in this city.

Thank so much Daniel for advising me with my breakfast, I never had something better or similar in Paris.

Chère Madame, Cher Monsieur,

Thank you very much for your kind comment following your experience at La Réserve Paris.

It is a pleasure to know that you discovered La Pagode de Cos. Our chic Brasserie welcomes you from breakfast to dinner with a menu from our Chef Jérôme Banctel, we have four different types of breakfast: Continental, American, and better-aging breakfast (gluten and lactose free, with vegan option) and of course “à la carte breakfast” to meet every taste. Delighted to know that you enjoyed it.

Many thanks for mentioning the work of our staff. Such compliment motivates our team to work harder on each of our guest.

Next time, I would recommend you to experience our 2 Michelin stars restaurant Le Gabriel also orchestrated by our executive Chef, Jérôme Banctel.

Looking forward to the pleasure of welcoming you back to your Parisian home.
