There is no shortage of world-class hotels from which to choose in the great city of Paris, which is why La Reserve’s distinctiveness is all the more remarkable.
We choose to stay here during our visits for many reasons; an important one is its size: it is the city’s smallest Palace rated hotel. This feature means you don’t have a constant stream of tourists and the Instagram hungry passing through the lobby; rather, you’re surrounded by other guests and locals lending to the feeling of a private club or, as we like to think of it, a second home.
The service is flawless – everyone, from the doorman to the property maintenance crew will remember and recognize you by your name.
Both restaurants and the bar promise great food and drink.
The space itself is beautiful – old-world grandeur mixed with all the modern amenities you could dream of. The library is a treat for anyone in search of a quiet moment with a good book.
The concierge team is unrivaled - on many occasions, their restaurant recommendations have turned out to be dining experiences we’ve remembered for months/years; to boot, they offer a network of VIP passes for virtually every local museum, making lines and crowds disappear from the itinerary.
Elena, Raphael, Nicholas, Olivier, Kevin, and Davis are among the many that keep this magnificent wheel turning.
Looking forward to our next visit. One of the best in the world, for sure!
