“Perfect little studio!”

This was a perfect little studio for one to two people. It had all the accommodations needed and was in a very convenient location. Rue Cler was just two blocks or so away with many cafe's and shops around. The Eiffel Tower was 7-10 minutes walking distance. I would love to stay there again. The hosts of the studio were very gracious and kind. It's a perfect little place!

“Fantastic Little Apartment!!!!!”

Wow! This little apartment could not be better positioned if it was at the base of the Tower! A 5 min walk down the street to the left you are at the Tower. 5 min walk down the street to the left you are at the RER / Metro station which takes you anywhere! Clean and tidy and Stephane is very helpful. There are plenty of patisseries, cafés, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants all nearby so you will not go hungry!

Loved it, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

“Simply Perfect!!!”

It was a wonderful, quite little neighborhood! Eating our dinner in the court yard was so much fun! It was a perfect location, we walked every where from here. I never did find the metro station, that was close to the apartment. It was a very safe neighborhood. My teenage daughter even went back to the Eifel Tower by herself and walked home very late and felt safe. Being able to step out of the courtyard and see the Eifel Tower do it's sparkling thing at 1100PM was a real treat! Stephane was very patient as we got lost trying to get to the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and both my daughter and I slept in it together. Just don't forget to ask how to get out!! It took us awhile to figure out how to get out of the courtyard! I ended up opening the whole big car door. We had a good laugh over the whole thing! We couldn't figure out how to work the TV.

“Great location”

The apartment is exactly as described and depicted in the photos. It is small but can house two people. The sofa bed is very comfortable and easy to fold for extra space during the day. A Nespresso machine and washing machine are a big plus.
It is very clean and functional in an amazing location, the tour Eiffel can be seen from outside the building and is only a pleasant walk away. The market on Rue Cler is two blocks away and there are many restaurants and good bakeries at your doorstep.
Stéphane is an excellent host. He replies right away and makes check in and out extremely easy.

“Small, intimate flat that is well located.”

As mentioned in another review, this is a small space. However, it is well located. It is steps to the Eiffel Tower (you can see it from the street in front of the flat) and many restaurants. Easy access to the metro, and a pleasant, friendly neighborhood. We did some cooking in the flat on the two burner counter top and microwave and it was fine. This is a small space, (think under 500 square feet) but if you are looking at it as a place to crash only, the sofa bed is comfortable.

“18 square meters is NOT a 1-bedroom”
Reviewed 25 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This is a STUDIO apartment. 18 square meters if VERY small, even for two people. All one room, except tiny bathroom. Lived out of our suitcases. Cabinet over sink prevents leaning over to brush one's teeth, so used kitchen sink. Paint peeling off some of the walls.
On the bright side, it was VERY quiet, being on an inner courtyard. The sofa-bed was comfortable. The location is excellent and the price was inexpensive.

“Great Location, Modern interior, very safe , comfy bed and friendly owner.”

Don't be put off by the sofa bed since it's one of the comfiest bed's I've slept in.

The location is amazing, about a 5 minute walk from the eiffel tower, a 5 minute walk from the metro and RER station so we got to all of the sights with ease.

There is a dominos pizza, grocery store and many other shops on the road. A 3-5 minute walk there is a small fruit market that also has great restaurants. We ate at Tribeca and would highly recommend it.

Stephane was very friendly and helped us out a lot with the route via train from the airport to the apartment.

The interior was small but very cosy and warm, perfect for 2 people.
