Small hotel close to restaurants, metro stop, shopping. 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Rooms are not spacious but comfortable enough with shelf space and closet for hanging clothes. Rooms are Clean and modern with a large bathroom. Staff extremely helpful.

Clean, cool, great location.

If you are staying at this hotel - you are enjoying a good rate and a fabulous location that is two blocks from the Seine and a 15 minute stroll to Notre Dame.

If you are staying at this hotel, you don't need any help or assistance. You can get your bags up and back and handle all your laundry, reservations etc. This is not an amateur's hotel.

Style is modern and rooms are fresh, small, and don't offer the extravagance of two luggage racks - or room for them. And don't expect the hotel to remember you if/when you return.

But - walking out the door to Paris - well, you couldn't be in a better spot as the restaurants in the two block radius - headed toward the Seine are wonderful. Style and hospitality are not to my liking but one must remember that learning new cultures is part of traveling.

Room Tip: I understand the supplement for breakfast is not worth the trouble. There is a WONDERFUL bakery on t...

We had a very pleasant stay here.

The room has a very good wheelchair accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, but the bedroom is quite small and doesn't have much space to manouvre, especially getting past the bed to the bathroom as you will see in the photo.

Management said there is a new accessible room being made that will be more spacious. (That was September 2013 so the room may be done now).

Level access to the hotel is via a side door next to the main entrance which has a step. The door has to be unlocked from the inside each time which was annoying, especially in the rain!

Breakfast was uninspiring ... but the boulangerie on the corner has great food and very friendly staff. Has a step to enter but worth asking for help up.

The hotel is in a great area in an easy walk/wheel to many Paris destinations.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is near the metro stop and it has some places to dine or grab a quick bite. There are also near places to hang out at night. The hotel is very clean, modern and it has everything you need. However, the room that my husband and me got was way smaller than what it looked in the picture, we couldn't even walk comfortable. Most of the staff at the entrance was unhelpful and with a negative attitude. Nevertheless, it had the basics.

We stayed at the Louvre for my Dad's 60th birthday. Having stayed at the hotel several times before we knew the location was great and the rooms had been upgraded since we were last here.

However the staff, with the exception of the manager appear to be uninterested and unhelpful. On the first night at the hotel one of our party asked for two additional coffee sachets. What ensued was a ridiculous argument with the very rude evening receptionist who refused to us any coffee from the large box of sachets behind the reception desk. I asked to make a complaint/speak to the manager and was told I couldn't I would have to email the hotel's generic email address which I did and got no response. It was a real shame that I got no reply from the manager and when I mentioned it to him on a chance meeting at the reception desk the response was that the evening receptionist was poor hence his strange reaction to the coffee request.

This hotel is in a great location! Walkng distance from the Louvre Museum and metro stops that connects you to the rest of the city. However I loved walking around the area and discovering its charm. There is a creperie very close to the hotel and some antiques stores. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to go back and stay here!!

Stayed here two nights mid-week near end of April 2014. The reception staff were all welcoming, professional and efficient. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. Really appreciated that the clock in the room had an iDock so I could charge my phone overnight easily!
