I have been looking for a place like this in Paris for the longest time! Most Russian restaurants in Paris is all about vodka, caviar and ridiculous prices, but this place is just right. The food is fresh, home made and very reasonably priced. The menu has many of main Russian dishes such as vareniki (ravioli filled with potatos), pelmeni (filled with meat), solyanka, borsh, pirozhki. Some lovely things on the desert menu, we tried Napoleon and the Honey Cake (myedovik) and both were really-really good. The portions are quite large so come hungry. A nice place for families (very kids friendly). Staff is very cordial and flexible (taking our orders in bits and pieces to adjust to the needs of our slightly wild group). I am definitely going back.
