“Good choice for suburbs”
Reviewed 21 June 2014

Clean, comfortable and functional. Rooms are on the small side as to be expected and bathroom very small. Air con, wifi all great. We didn't have breakfast in the small breakfast room...from the look of it though we were glad we chose to find a local cafe for breakfast with some local atmosphere. No bar at this hotel, there is a vending machine for soft drinks. It is a little way out of the centre but easy enough to access everything by tube. Metro stops nearby...Campo Formio far better for transfer to and from the airport as it goes direct to Gard de Nord, avoiding a change part way. Location is quiet and felt safe. We only stayed 2 night but plenty to explore in the area if more time.

Room Tip: We stayed 5th floor which had good views over treetops. Black out shutters were useful.

The hotel are good, but with small rooms. Everything works and was in good condition. The staff was polite, helpful and gave good advise especially about transportation. The area is quiet and public transport is nearby. I would recommend the hotel.

Exactly what the hotel description says. It's an economical hotel by Parisian standards, so yes the room (404) was small, the bathroom even smaller. The bed was comfy, the a/c was working fine, the tv as well. It's in a quiet area, everything is close by (supermarkets, bakery, restaurants etc). It's closer to the Nationale station (same line as the Place d' Italie). The reception staff were polite and helpful, especially the tall brunette lady, she made every effort, welldone. Breakfast is adequate not a lot of choice, but everything is super fresh! Something to complain about? I'd like a fridge in the room. That's that, I am definately recommending it and will prefer it when I visit Paris again!

Well situated in a quiet neighborhood with free parking in the streets around during weekend. Small but clean and convenient rooms. Public transport (metro) nearby. Breakfast was ok, however some fresh fruit would have been welcome.

Hotel is ok ok. Rooms are small. Not sure if this is the case all over paris. but with a toddler we hardly had place to move around.
The rooms were clean though and the lady serving bfast was very polite. Most of the staff was polite except for one lady (not sure of her name). During checkin we reached at 1230pm. Checkin was suppose to be by 1pm. But we got our room only at around 2pm. This despite the fact that we emailed several times before arriving and requested for early checkin. Forget the early checkin, they infact checked us in late and it was quite frustrating to wait with a toddler after having travelled 7hours by flight. And the lady doing the checkin wasn't even polite enough. She said the rooms were all full and they were waiting for guests to leave.
Lot of good cafes around. A little expensive though.
Metro is close by and can take u to any part of paris from here. Nice mall closeby.

This hotel is located in the south east of Paris, a 2 minute walk from Place d'Italie. This is a very convenient place to explore Paris, since there are several metro lines that go from here. That being said, this hotel isn't located near any places you'd have to see in Paris. So be prepared to travel. This also comes with its advantages, like the street the hotel is in is very quiet. We slept on the 2nd floor street side and didn't hear a thing.

The beds slept wonderful, but are quite short. If you're around 1.90 / 2 meters + in length, this bed will be too small for you. The rooms are modern and clean and include a tv and free wi-fi. Breakfast includes the usual stuff, like french toast, croissants, eggs, coffee, etc. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. We were allowed to leave our luggage on our final day (when checking out), so we could spend the day without having to carry our bags.

All in all this is a fine place to crash down and explore Paris.

Final tip: buy your water at Italie Deux. It's in Place d'Italie. There's a supermarket where you can buy 1.5 liters of water for 20 euro cents!

Room Tip: Our room, 203, had a balcony which is quite nice. The lift is really small and quite slow. We alway...

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful personnel. Small room and bathroom, but clean and nicely priced. Great location with subway close by (5 min walk). Breakfast is good: various types of fresh bread, Good coffee. Restaurants near the hotel are good. Free parking in the street during weekend. Parking at reduced tariff at 5 minutes walk (€15/day).
