My mum & I stayed for 5 nights last Oct in this hotel and loved it. It is literally 8mins walk to the Lourve! The twin room we stayed in was quite small, but the fact we were so close to the heart of the city made up for it. Hotel was clean, comfortable & close to everything. Our sight-seeing tours all left from the streets around the Lourve so this hotel was fantastic for us. Would definitely recommend staying at here for ease of access to the city sights.

Loved the location of this hotel. Side street helped eliminate some of the Paris noise. Location was perfect - a block from the Louve, three restaurants in same block as the hotel. Welcoming front desk staff. My only issue was that the air conditioning was not working, but we were able to open the windows onto the courtyard and had pleasant temperatures. Be warned though - the rooms are quite small, as is the lift. We were on a month long vacation and had to take the lift three trips, one with me and a bag, one trip with just bags and one with my husband. But that was a minor inconvenience. This is still a lovely location if you are sight-seeing in Paris.

We are currently staying here as part of our European honeymoon from Australia. The location is fantastic - very safe, convenient and close to great restaurants. The service has been excellent, in particular Alexandre on the front desk who has been friendly and extremely helpful from the start. The room is not huge, but very comfortable and well serviced. The breakfast is good but gets rather expensive if you are a couple staying for a few days. Overall we have enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommended this hotel. At the end of a 3 week trip driving around the countryside, I needed a room for 1 night in Paris. I wanted to be centrally located but did not want to spend a lot of money. This hotel was perfect for me as it was new, clean and modern looking. It was on a side street so it was very quiet. When I checked in a little early, the woman at the desk gave me a room that was available and then answered numerous questions for me. I highly recommend this hotel. I should add that my room was on the small side so if you are a couple that feels the need for more space you might inquire about other possible room sizes.

We were walking distance to the Louvre and the little side street meant we didn't have to deal with noise. The people at the reception desk were AMAZING, truly helpful and sweet and just a joy to deal with. The room, tiny…meaning we opened the door, and there was the bed with just enough room to fit in two carry-on sized luggages and a tiny bathroom. That said, clean, comfortable, safe and a good night's rest. Breakfast was ok too, but it is Paris after all so worth walking out and getting croissants and crepes versus having hotel food.

We booked four nights here in a 'comfort' room and decided against upgrading as we had read reviews stating the superior ones weren't much bigger.

When booking we advised we would need to store luggage as we would be arriving before check in and requested a room on a high floor. One arrival our room was ready but it was on the first floor. This floor has a door you open with your pass key before you get to the room door but it opens outwards. In a narrow corridor with two cases this is no mean feat. Also our window looked across to another room so there wasn't much natural light.

The hotel is a converted town house and there in our problems lie. While we had plenty of floor space the wardrobe was built in but in such a way it wasn't actually wider than the hangers so your clothes were squashed against the wall one side and overhanging on the other. The bathroom was like a corridor with the shower at one end the a very small toilet in front of it. Anyone tall or large would struggle to use it due to its close proximity to the facing wall.

The hotel provides tea/coffee, a docking station etc to meet its star rating while over looking basic needs.

While we only spoke to the staff to check in/out and say good morning they all seemed very nice and their English was good (much better than my French). Location was good but we wouldn't stay here again.
