“Beautiful, quiet hotel in the 16th”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 May 2011

We arrived to be greeted by a charming man, who offered us a glass of Veuve Clicquot (complimentary) to drink while we checked in. Very smooth and easy check-in. We then asked for help with reservations for a couple of restaurants - no problem (there was a real "can do" attitude from all of the staff). We stayed in a suite, which was nicely done. Some elements owed more to style than practicality (eg towel rail in a location which you needed to step into the bath to reach; slight lack of storage / surfaces to put books etc on) but overall we were very happy with the room and bathroom. The bed was fabulously comfortable - pretty important following hours of walking around Paris! Breakfast was good - cold meats / smoked slamon plus some cheeses, breads, cereals etc. Also some less standard items such as Lebanese (I think) pastries. Coffee was not great but overall a very good start to the day. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner but there are of course plenty of restaurants nearby - try Akasaka for excellent sushi / sashimi and Desgranges for delicious cakes and pastries. There is also a small spa in the basement - jacuzzi, and steam room; very peaceful as the staff tried (successfully in our case) to ensure that only one "set" of guests use the space at any one time. Overall a really good hotel; quite expensive but we would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is gorgeous, the suite was lovely, super comfortable bed. What stands out the most is the service, it's incomparable to anywhere else I have every stated. Prior to check in, the personal assistants, especially Yann, were extremely efficient in replying to my emails. Upon arrival they saw to it that every one of our needs were met. If you want a gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location with top notch service then stay at the Hotel Sezz - it will not disappoint!

The staff, rooms and location all exceeded expectations. Less than a five minute walk to Passy metro, and only 10 mins to Trocadero. The staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely go back with a partner, very romantic!

I had the opportunity of staying at the new Sezz in St Tropez during the summer which was over the top and incredibly memorable. So at the request of a colleague, I thought I try out the Hotel Sezz in Paris.

I'm not one who is fond of most Paris hotels but the Hotel Sezz exceeded my expectations.

The staff made my brief stay incredibly enjoyable. The service was impeccable and the accommodations were top notch. I especially loved the bathtub which I couldn’t pull myself away from.

The décor is modern, yet warm and the room was very functional. The Sezz thought of everything within its design.

A truly elegant stay and I cannot wait to come back.

From Montreal. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel (suite) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The service was impeccable - don't hesisate to ask the staff for any restaurant recommendations/locations (we ate at Pershing Hall, recommended by the staff, a super stylish ambiant restaurant that we would have never found on our own).

The room we had was a good size (suite) and the overall design was really in the spirit of boutique hotels. The room was also very quiet during the night and morning - a plus when dealing with jet lag.

We would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a quaint lauch point for visiting and shopping in Paris...

Comment to the hotel management: Very minor items!
1) Light control for the glass-enclosed shower is difficult to use. I would recommend a simpler attenuator design.
2) The bathroom products are quite nice, but would suggest adding hair conditioner to the selection.

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 November 2010

We just return from a weekend trip to Paris where I met some customers. I stayed with my family in the Eiffel Suite which is a wonderful, nicely decorated two room suite with a REAL view on the Eiffel tower. My daughters loved it very much as it was their first visit in Paris. Beds, bathrooms, furnishing - perfect!

Our arrival at 8pm on friday evening was't perfect. We didn't like at all the style of the lobby and the way how we were placed on a sofa i a corner to wait for the registration. No drink was offered but in any case we were happy to be in the room after ten minutes. I really prefer the classical way - reception, credit card, passport, room key...

I tried the breakfast the first morning, not bad, but nothing special. The biggest problem is that as usual in Paris the breakfast room is a small, narrow place without a view (there is a glass roof which gives light but no real view...). In my opinion the breakfast is too expensive. Fortunately on Sunday we had breakfast at Ladurée. For the same total price the quality of the food was much better and we had a perfect view on the Champs-Elysée.
Check-out was good and effective, nothing to say.

In total we liked the room, we like the quite and convenient location. We didn't like very much the other parts of the hotel (lobby, breakfast room. If I would like or have to stay in this part of Paris I would definitely come back.

Thank you for your nice feedback and comments regarding your stay at the Sezz Paris.

We are happy to read that you have enjoyed the good location of the hotel and your stay in our Suite Eiffel, as well as its design.

We are very sorry to read that you had not enjoyed our breakfast - too costful - and our concept with no reception desk but a Personal Assistant at your disposal .

We look forward to welcoming you again to Sezz Paris.

We are a young couple who stayed here for a romantic birthday suprise.

Rooms - Excellent facilities, and lots of room. We had a double room with a massive stone bath... it was beautiful and modern.

Breakfast - This was the only meal we had at the hotel, besides a late night desert. All of the food was great.

Location - literally 1 minute from the metro stop and about a 10 minute walk to the tower. Fantastic and easy to get around. Not much around the hotel but i preferred it like that as it was nice and quiet.

Staff - Thank you to all of the staff, during our stay. They were fantastic, in particular Val.

Thank you
