In a small close behind the Hotel Louvre des Bon Enfants, the Bistrot Valois offers outstanding cuisine and engaging, charming service. We came a bit early for dinner and good thing, because the place filled quickly. Nonetheless, there was no decline in the staff's attention. A varied menu, much more diverse than one would expect in so small a place and a very nice wine and liquor list though the staff seemed a bit amazed at us taking our pre-meal Glen Moray scotch neat.
If I am ever again in Paris (and I hope to be) I will definitely return to Bistrot Valois.
