I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in February. The location is excellent, a few meters away from the bus station. Clean, cozy, a little dark in the hallways. However, some may find it a little pricy.

This is a nice hotel overall and while I wouldn't mind staying there again, it's expensive for it's size. ALL Paris hotel rooms are small, this is true and wasn't a surprise, but this cost almost $250 CDN/night. You could stay in the same size room for a better price. However, it is very conveniently situated. Getting from and to CDG airport was very easy as the RER is less than a block away and the Metro station is directly across the street. Also easy to get to all the major sites of the city.

As others have noted, the hot water situation is just silly. One morning we both had (barely) lukewarm showers. The next morning, there was no hot water at all in our 5th floor room. So, it seems that taking a shower in the morning isn't a good idea. We were immediately offered a complimentary breakfast which we happily accepted and we appreciated that they made the offer.

The breakfast was quite nice, a good mix of hot and cold options, juice, cereal, eggs, etc.

The lobby is quite nice and I didn't mind leaving the key with the front desk when we went out. The staff was super nice (everyone was: front desk, the breakfast ladies, the housekeeping staff who brought us extra towels) and we were able to get into our room 3 hours before check-in time which, if you've spent 8 hours on a plane and 1 hour on the RER, is about the nicest thing a hotel can do.

Room Tip: It can be noisy if your room faces the street. If you're not used to city sounds like subways and lots of people, perhaps ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

My husband and I had a long weekend in Paris and stayed at the Eiffel Seine Hotel. It was an easy commute from Gare de Nord via the metro and RER but we also discovered that bus 42 leaves from the bus depot at the station and for 2 Euros for a single ticket you can get off close to the hotel so give that a go. You get to see a great many sights on the bus ride.
The hotel is compact but spotless. Our room was very comfortable with a very comfy bed. The mini bar fridge is great for stocking fruit and water.
We had breakfast at local cafes so I cannot comment on the hotel buffet.
We discovered a fabulous Thai restaurant on the Bd de Grenelle that is well worth a visit, we found it by accident as the restaurant recommended to us was closed on Sunday nights. It is called Thai Pacific and the address is 110 bd de Grenelle-tastiest veg green curry I have ever had and the best mango and lemon sorbet- 3 course menu was 16 Euros-well worth a visit.
Staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: Our room faced the bd de Grenelle and was very quiet but we had the windows closed as it was chilly. It might be noisy in summer

This hotel is near the river Seine and the Eiffel Tower, both about a 5 min walk. The hotel is also near the Metro and RER stations which made our mobility to the Lourve, Notre Dame, river cruise, etc. extreamly easy and convenient. Access to Gare de Nord (the train stations where the Eurostar arrives and leaves from) is about 30 mins by the Metro. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us was that the shower at peak times ran out of hot water and the water bacame lukewarm. If I overlook that the place was great. Another thing, right outside the hotel there are numerous Cafés so dont worry about breakfast as one has ample choices. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay.

We did a vast research before going to Paris about where to stay, finally decided on this hotel because it's reviews and location. We were pleasantly surprised, it was in the best location we could ask for. Only a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower,This hotel proved to be a great choice. The staff all spoke perfect English and were absolutely wonderful and on hand to offer advice and help whenever we needed it. We had the standard room on the 4th floor facing the street. Some may consider the hotel rooms in France small but i thought the room was just the right size. After all, you only sleep in there. The bath was perfect too, Always plenty of hot water and good pressure, You could not want better housekeeping, And the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor of the hotel is fab and fun and makes you smile from the moment you enter the very cool automatic glass front door. And you can't resist petting the hotel cat, One drawback that some people may not like is that there is no key to the rooms. You use a fob to open your door and it must be left at the front desk and retrieved when you return. We had no problem with this. It prevents you from loosing your keys. The elevator is small ( 3ft X 3ft ) but it is a small hotel, so you couldn't expect it to have a room sized elevator. And there are steps if you care to walk.
The hotel is literally opposite the metro station. Line 6 ( Note: that the ticket machines for the metro only take coins and cards - if you only have notes you will have to buy them at the ticket counter. And the Carnne is the best deal) You really don't hear the metro from your room because line 6 runs on rubber tires. The station ( Bir-Hakeim) is great because after a long day sight seeing you can get on any metro stop in Paris and literally make your way back to the hotel front door with no effort at all. Also the RER C train is only 2 blocks from the hotel. We used this to go to Versailles.
They have a small fridge in the room with drinks and snacks for a price. Nice and handy but we never used it. They have breakfast available for a cost but we did not eat there, We bought Croissants and fruit from a grocery store just down the block and kept them in the small fridge in our room There are plenty of restaurants close by but i thought that they were just ok, No fancy French cusine if that's what you are looking for. Lots of pizza and pasta, and some sandwiches and burgers. There was a small take out right next to the hotel. Everything you really need either for breakfast for a late night snack is there. It is only 1/2 block to the Seine. Where you can jump on any of the boats for a trip on the river. Although there are a great many fine hotels in Paris, all with excellent reviews and much larger rooms we found this place the best for us and very affordable for its location, We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris
