“Perfect Location, Great Hotel”
Reviewed 7 May 2014

You couldn't ask for a better location, Eiffel Tower is a minute walk away round the corner and a metro stop is right outside which can take you anywhere you need to go in Paris. We went for a weekend away and couldn't have asked for a better stay, the rooms are small but most boutique hotels in Paris are like this! They are a perfectly good enough size for 2 people to stay in. Overall this hotel made our stay that extra bit perfect, we will definitely be going back!

One of the hotels with best location in its area. Mercure and Pullman are just around the corner with the view of the Eiffel Tower as well but Eiffel Seine has the train station in front of it. You couldn't ask for a better location. With the train, you can get wherever you want to. It's very convenient. A convenience store is also a few minutes walk from it. Cafes are also available down the street. The have free (and fast) wifi, a computer you can use to check in for your flight.

Rooms are small. One of the smallest I've been on. If there are 3 or 4 of you, I assure you, you won't fit. 2 huge luggages could barely fit into the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

They'll offer you a shuttle going to the airport (36 euros for 2 persons). What they forgot to mention was the fact that you won't be the only ones in the shuttle. You'll share it with other people. Meaning, you kinda have to go around Paris fetching those people up and go to the airport together, which took about 30 minutes. If we would've known that we were sharing the shuttle, we should've left a little earlier. Hey, 30 minutes is 30 minutes. your plane won't be waiting. So, please be noted.

Hot water. Ahhh... Hot water. Something was "broken" when we first got into the hotel. They didn't have hot water from 7AM til night time. My brain was freezing. I didn't know it at first so I called reception to find out what's happening. He then offered us breakfast because of this inconvenience. (I would take hot water anyday rather than have free breakfast.) So there you go. If you don't have hot water, complain - so you'll save 16 euros for their buffet breakfast (which wasn't that fancy).

P.S. They have a hotel cat. I hate cats.

My sister and I stayed at the Hotel Eiffel Seine for 9 days at the end of April and our stay was wonderful. Everything about the hotel was right for us. The room was small, but very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and there's a choice of a full breakfast or a smaller one if you aren't that hungry. There's a laundromat and grocery store nearby and tons of restaurants. If I'm in Paris again, I will definitely stay there. The location is extremely convenient. Bir-Hakiem is right across the street and you can hop on the Metro and get to just about anywhere. It's also very close to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were very comfortable there.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in February. The location is excellent, a few meters away from the bus station. Clean, cozy, a little dark in the hallways. However, some may find it a little pricy.

This is a nice hotel overall and while I wouldn't mind staying there again, it's expensive for it's size. ALL Paris hotel rooms are small, this is true and wasn't a surprise, but this cost almost $250 CDN/night. You could stay in the same size room for a better price. However, it is very conveniently situated. Getting from and to CDG airport was very easy as the RER is less than a block away and the Metro station is directly across the street. Also easy to get to all the major sites of the city.

As others have noted, the hot water situation is just silly. One morning we both had (barely) lukewarm showers. The next morning, there was no hot water at all in our 5th floor room. So, it seems that taking a shower in the morning isn't a good idea. We were immediately offered a complimentary breakfast which we happily accepted and we appreciated that they made the offer.

The breakfast was quite nice, a good mix of hot and cold options, juice, cereal, eggs, etc.

The lobby is quite nice and I didn't mind leaving the key with the front desk when we went out. The staff was super nice (everyone was: front desk, the breakfast ladies, the housekeeping staff who brought us extra towels) and we were able to get into our room 3 hours before check-in time which, if you've spent 8 hours on a plane and 1 hour on the RER, is about the nicest thing a hotel can do.

Room Tip: It can be noisy if your room faces the street. If you're not used to city sounds like subways an...

My husband and I had a long weekend in Paris and stayed at the Eiffel Seine Hotel. It was an easy commute from Gare de Nord via the metro and RER but we also discovered that bus 42 leaves from the bus depot at the station and for 2 Euros for a single ticket you can get off close to the hotel so give that a go. You get to see a great many sights on the bus ride.
The hotel is compact but spotless. Our room was very comfortable with a very comfy bed. The mini bar fridge is great for stocking fruit and water.
We had breakfast at local cafes so I cannot comment on the hotel buffet.
We discovered a fabulous Thai restaurant on the Bd de Grenelle that is well worth a visit, we found it by accident as the restaurant recommended to us was closed on Sunday nights. It is called Thai Pacific and the address is 110 bd de Grenelle-tastiest veg green curry I have ever had and the best mango and lemon sorbet- 3 course menu was 16 Euros-well worth a visit.
Staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: Our room faced the bd de Grenelle and was very quiet but we had the windows closed as it was chilly...

This hotel is near the river Seine and the Eiffel Tower, both about a 5 min walk. The hotel is also near the Metro and RER stations which made our mobility to the Lourve, Notre Dame, river cruise, etc. extreamly easy and convenient. Access to Gare de Nord (the train stations where the Eurostar arrives and leaves from) is about 30 mins by the Metro. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us was that the shower at peak times ran out of hot water and the water bacame lukewarm. If I overlook that the place was great. Another thing, right outside the hotel there are numerous Cafés so dont worry about breakfast as one has ample choices. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay.
